- Great staff - almost all females - love that! It's a business hotel but very managed well - the free breakfast was actually very nice and delicious, such a nice surprise. The location was perfect. We went to the opposite side of the station to visit a beef specialty restaurant, "Good", and it was easy to bypass the rail road. The town itself is built for cars but we enjoyed strolling around. So many unique places to visit. Two nights there, we were comfortable because of the wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Thank you so much.

- Only one elevator - get busy in the morning - but you just have to be patient a bit.
- To small room. Uncomfortable. I wish has a bigger room. And when I go bathroom entrance is not flat so we have to very careful that.
- The mattresses are very hard.

Spacious room by Japanese standards, at a great location few minutes walk from the JR station. Free breakfast was of good standards.
