Toyoko Inn Morioka Ekimae

A convenient central location with great customer service.

Room cleaning is not daily.

Very close to Morioka Station, convenience store close by too.

Dining Area for Breakfast was a little cramped and there was'nt a designated queue system for people waiting to get a table.

Very close to the Morioka station and good restaurants. It was quite convenient for me. The room is just sized for one person. Breakfast is good enough for starting a day.

The space for breakfast is a little small and very crowded.

Location is near Morioka station. Convenience store is nearby. Staff were very nice. Breakfast is good.

room size is a bit small. I can not open my 28" luggage.

Great location.

On checking in we were asked to pay additional fees for 2 (due to ages above 13)children. This was despite paying for the children through Booking.com

Fantastic breakfast with a range of options. Rooms were clean and spacious for 2 people. Daily towel deliveries.

A towel collection service for used towels would have been good.

Location good breakfast friendly helpful staff

Friendly staff, very good location as it just a few minutes by walk. There is Lawson and many nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast is also very nice with local style.

Very handy to railway but no entry til 4pm is too lateBeds are firm thruout Japan. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good

Charges to watch movie on tv.....no other english news channel

The hotel is pleasant and the staff are friendly. It is surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the traffic around the station. There are vending machines and a microwave near the reception area. Check in is at 4pm but staff were happy to look after my luggage until then.

The decor feels a little dated, especially the bathrooms. The bed is very firm. Breakfast had a good variety but the area became very crowded and it was not leisurely. OK if you are on a timetable.

The breakfast food was okay Breakfast room too crowded. Seats and tables too close together.

Bathroom step to enter. High tub for shower.

Convenient to train station, quiet, friendly and helpful staff

Close to station, but not convenient with luggage

Breakfast was toooo crowded

Breakfast was good quality and selection. Room was clean and functional.

Breakfast eating are was crowded. Rooms are small and noise from hallway is easily heard.

Location & good service but the breakfast was not that great.

The breakfast.

Staff is very acyive and well taken care of customer.

only draw back is pillow is too hard and matress are so thin..

We had to catch the early bus at Morioka Station, so we decided to stay at Toyoko Hotel, which is conveniently located right across the street. It only takes about 8 minutes to walk from the hotel to the station, even with suitcases. What made our stay even better was that the hotel had a humidifier in every room, ensuring we had a comfortable night's sleep. The morning breakfast was also delightful.

-The location was great; Morioka station within walking distance-Breakfast buffet was exceptional and tasty-Room was clean-Staff friendly and helpfulA clear recommendation!

The check-in staff fulfilled my request for a room facing Mt Iwate.

I understand it is the hotel's policy but check-in at 16:00hrs is quite late. Most hotels check-in time was between 14:00hrs or 15:00hrs. Toyoko Inn no longer provide on-site membership for international guests. My family and I used to stay in Toyoko Inn and were able to sign-on as members on-site to receive discounts and festive gifts.

Great location. Easy access from station. Room was very clean

Location of the laundry was next to reception area. A bit uneasy to do laundry while other guests are checking in
