Pros +
- As always, clean, friendly, and good value. I had a problem with noise from the other room and they changed me no problem.
- Super clean, simple and comfortable room plenty big for one. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet for the price. 5 minutes from the station, and conbini and supermarket nearby. A couple restaurants in the same complex as well as a great crepe shop, a huge farmers market, and space to hang out outside. Only about 20 minutes to Morioka, but the train is every 30 min or so.
- Near a JR station, I stayed here to save money in the larger city nearby.
Cons -
- Honestly nothing. If I'm picky, the aircon was a little loud and everything shuts off when you leave the room with the key so it could get cold but warmed up quickly.
- It might not suit regular hotel users as it is a slightly different setup, used by sports teams I think, a bit like a hostel in some ways.

Very short walk from Shiwachuo station. A wonderful and affordable alternative to hotels in Morioka or Hiraizumi. Our booking was for the room only, with a shared bathroom. Still, to our surprise, our room had a spacious toilet. There is also a Japanese bath in the hotel. The breakfast was included in the price, which is a big buffet with lots of variety. Great value for money. An oasis, a little gem.
