- The Onsen was perfect, the food was good and the staff were all very nice. Had a surprise Drum and dance show in the evening that we weren’t expecting, so that was cool!
- A traditional old Japanese getaway. I was personally received at the bus stop and escorted all the way to my room. I received a high floor room with an incredible view.You will get the best experience but be prepared with the Japanese etiquette. English is available but basic Japanese can make life easier. The Onsen water is unique and has a distinctive smell. It is very big with indoor and beautiful outdoor area.

- Guests should not be able to control the air conditioning in their rooms themselves. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are not provided in the bathrooms, so guests must go to the store to purchase them.
- Slightly dated, but we’ve been to so many Ryokan, most are dated. This place worked great for us.
