Imperial Resort Beach Hotel

I didn’t like anything! This Hotel is a joke, it was really dirty I had to ask them to change my room as the mattress and pillow were not fit for human use. Staff weren’t knowledgeable and the food was the worst I’ve had. I would have changed the hotel if i were there for more than 1 night!! Avoid this Hotel!!

I liked the Food Variety and the sitting arrangement at the restaurant Hot water was availableInternet speed was goodMeals were satisfactory Location near the Lake was goodWorking Lifts was a plus

There was no place to wash my hands at the restaurant. No serviettes (tissue paper) was offered to me at the restaurant The TV was outdated and could not stream YouTube (internet TV)Drinking Water Provided in the rooms was not sufficient (small bottles)

The rooms are still spacious and clean with nice furniture.The Staffs were very responsive and cooperative.

The facilities appearance have negatively changed compared to the time I used to come there some 20 years ago. It’s not overall well maintained outside.Sauna, steam bath are not working. The gym is in a bad shape with old equipment and some are not working. I called before the booking and I was told that the sauna was working but it is not.

Facilities . The use of WiFi.the aircon was a plus . Swimming pool .the staff is always there to help

The hotel has sent me an email that I would have to pay the hotel transfer for my partner and our 7 month old the old baby 15 USD each . 2 adults and a 7 month old baby . 45 USD for 2 Km . And to charge a baby. Below 1 years old was just a way to take other people's money .. appalling such managment . Do not recommended the transfer .use one of the airport l taxis .

Very late check out without charge as the huge place was pretty empty.

Dated decor, too big like in a prison, rooms are not dusted and cleaned 100%. No atmosphere and a dim dining hall with lots of tables and seatings but only 2 of us dining at breakfast. The whole place needs revamping.

Staff were very helpfull and wentan extra mile to help t]he guest

They need to do proper lightings and some fumigation as there were many bugs

The facility is tired and lifeless. The beach is under water.

Value for money is bad. Half the price for $50 a night would be fine, not more.

Probably getting suitcases upstairs and downstairs

I like the people working there also the garden and the food was amazing

Place is abandoned and no life there. So, there's so much private but creepy at the same time

There seemed to be one chef and waiter who seemed exhausted.

The food was great and overall customer care was fine

The TV screen in the room is not a smart TV. It would be great for one to access Netflix, YouTube etc

The breakfast is great and the service is better.

The service, the food quality in the restaurant inside the hotel can be better..
