Igar Plaza Hotel

People were very friendly the service was great. The restaurant was good

Air conditioner could have been stronger

God awful.

Misleading in the worst ways. Booked a room that said it had a bathtub, balcony, king size bed, additional hot tub. Literally none of it was true. I guess except for the bed. Ridiculously misleading advertising and poor response.

Good location, nice room and good breakfast.

No kettle, cups, plates, utensils.

Place was okay to look around souvenir

There was almost nothing in the room, the refrigerator didn't cool at all, there was no kettle, no bathrobe, no shampoo, no soap.

In town

First room 204 had not been cleaned properly the cupboards had so much dust we were eventually moved to another room which was ok

Water pressure in the shower was good. The “on demand” water heater worked.

The area was VERY noisy. The general standard was not what you’d expect for that price anywhere else in the world.

security was good nice open lobby and restaurant on sightrooms were clean and comfortable .

The prices for extra family guests at the restaurant was a little high

Very friendly staff. Hotel is placed in the middle of the city, so a good starting point for tours around jinja. Clean rooms, warm shower and clean bathroom. Hotel is easy up to three stars.

Wifi was only available in some rooms, maybe a stronger or better router?

The location was good - on the Main Street (loved the craft shops & tailors there). Farmers market was walking distance too. Good choice of breakfast in the hotel cafe - which was always nice to see different faces/travellers that came in, there was a supermarket next door too. Staff were always helpful & made sure we always had a supply of water bottles.

I don't think the room had been used in a while - I had to clean the layer of dust before I put my clothes in the cupboards/table. Also the bathroom was the same. Once it had all been cleaned it was ok.

location. staff tries.

overrated. no value for money. not even a light in the room, only in the bathroom. worn down place.

Good location. Staff was a little aloof but pleasant.

It was ok.

Large, clean, air conditioned room. Large comfortable bed with net. Nice hot shower. TV and fridge I the room. Breakfast included

Long wait for breakfast and then didn’t get what I ordered but it was corrected and plenty of food!

Great location on the main street of Jinja with Supermarket and chemist available on the ground floor. The bathroom also had hot water on demand which was great.

The door to the balcony didn't completely close and there was a gap in the door glazing to the door frame meaning it was also not able to keep insects out. The mosquito net also didn't cover the entire bed and was held up by a poorly constructed frame. Thankfully there weren't any mosquitoes on the night we stayed.

Nice breakfast, spacious room, safe parking in the basement, restaurant and supermarket on the ground floor. Location is good, you can go for a run towards Nile, not too busy streets.

Gym would be great...

The staff were very attentive!!!
