It was truly one of the best experiences we've ever had, with a spacious and comfortable room, an exceptional shower, and incredible onsen and sauna that helped us unwind after long days of walking. Every moment was perfect, and we can?t wait to return!

My daughter liked the food in the hotel's restaurant. My wife and I liked the gym facility but did not like that we had to pay an extra fee for it. It did not say it had a separate fee for this online so we disliked that.

Our room here was the biggest out of all the hotels we stayed in Japan. The bed and pillows were soft, and we loved the tatami mats. It came with free breakfast, and a hot tub on the first floor. Guide book in the room was very helpful for seeing Kyoto.

The sizes of the room were actually quite large compared to Tokyo. The staff was very courteous and everything was very clean.

Professionalism from the staffs and the location was great. Two train stops from Kyoto Station and walking distance to Nishiki Market and Gion District. The location wasn?t packed with tourists so you feel very comfortable.

All of the staff. They were and looked very professional, nice, and helpful. There was a waiter in the Japanese resestaurant who was very nice throughout my stay. The breakfast was nicecly prepared and mine was free. It was a great location for me.
