Two very comfy pillows; lightweight comforter; room size; proximity to grocery stores; soothing shower spray; warm-seated bidet; in-room security box.
The rooms were spacious for Japan and the staff was helpful in finding restaurants in the area.

Cons -

The carpet on in the hallway needs to be clean. The breakfast that was provided at the hotel, needs to have more selection of meat and needs to be divorced. The only non-fish meat that was provided was ham and sausage which they alternated every other day
Tiny breakfast room; never had the opportunity to eat there because it was always full.
Everything was what was expected. The inability to really control the temperature of the room was somewhat annoying, but dressed normal for Japan. Plus they recognized that it became warm and would change the system from heating to cooling.

Quiet

Very rude front desk staff, which is extraordinary in Japan. They seemed angry that i asked them to check my baggage from checkout at 11am until 8 pm. I am polite, soft spoken, well-dressed and sober. Maybe they were amused by a retiree travelling alone?
