According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):br brTax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night. brTax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night. brTax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night. br/ Additional housekeeping service can be arranged with an extra charge. br/ As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made. br/ Up to 2 children under 6 years old stay free of charge br/ Daily cleaning involves replacing bath towels, face towels, and bath mats, in addition to vacuuming. During your stay, cleaning services will be provided every two days starting from the third day (excluding the check-in day). The bathroom and all areas except the kitchen will be cleaned, and the beds will be made. Should you need additional cleaning services (subject to an additional charge), kindly notify the front desk staff ahead of time.
