The stsaff and setting of your Hotel is very friendly and relaxing. Always very clean, organized and attentive to guests needs. Manager makes great efforts to thank us for staying and making sure all is well.

large room, comfortable bed with canopy mosquito net, good cleaning. the internal planted square is pleasant where you can eat at outdoor tables at any time

the bathroom of some rooms still has the bathtub; some lights do not work, the maintenance is not perfect.

the only let down is the food is terrible - worst food ive ever eaten - better to order KFC up the road than eat any of the hotel food which is almost inedible

The location is great and very convenient for our team. It was close to the venue of our conference, which made getting around super easy.

Nothing really, I would recommend this place to friends and colleagues! My colleague and I felt safe enough to take an evening walk around the neighborhood.

The bed was comfortable; calm inner yard; hotel is in a calm area a bit outside of the city centre; rather fast transfer (35-40min) from the airport to the hotel; hotel was well located for my business purpose, i.e. a meeting in one of the international research and development centres nearby; value for money was ok.

There was only hot water in the shower, breakfast choice was a bit limited; loud noise in the early morning from the gym; hotel guests were charged to access the gym; not much to do in the vicinity; room had a terrace on the backside but door was closed.

I had like out over bathroom sink that I reported but was never fixed before I checked out. Room 90.

The location is away from the noise of the city... but sometimes you can hear loud music coming from the gym, since the windows are opened.The hotel is around Thika Road, something useful for me during my stay but on the other hand, it is far from the City centre.

The rooms are basic and quite outdated, without air conditioner or mini fridge,Supposedly I booked a room with one large double bed but instead of that, there were two small single beds.The breakfast could be more assorted.

My stay in the hotel was the best experience I ever had.I stood 6 month and I can say the people there are really gone to be a second family to me and the hotel like a second home.People who come to Nairobi I can only recommend to book at this hotel Breakfast buffet rich, staff very friendly and accommodating dine on the menu excellent.With a word this hotel is wonderful

Really I didn't find anything

The staff was exceptional especially Miss Carol, Miss Esther, Mr. Peter.Great location away from the noise of the city.

The wait for ordered dinner was too long. However it could be explained by the large number of clients on certain days.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean . I also enjoyed the hot water showers and access to the hotel restaurant which served delicious food and a bar showing football matches. They were also very kind and stored leftovers for me since there is no fridge and microwave in the rooms. They kindly reheated it for me the next evening.

I just had a problem with my safaricom at one point and did not get much help at the reception. But otherwise the staff at the reception and elsewhere were very kind and welcoming.

The breakfast had a nice variety and an omelet bar. Bed was very comfortable and room furnishings were high quality. The bar area had inside and outside seating for relaxing conversations with friends.

Disappointing

One of the receptionist very Rude The rooms arranged in an unorganized way nd very far from the reception or restaurants hotel built in a confusing way and in a bad style honestly not nice at all Breakfast close too early 9.45 am food was not already availableapart from the reception the only place wich was a bit decent, but the rest of the place gave a bit of a sense of sadnessnot to return at all

Good day Place was good , but expected a bit more . we noted gym was there but we were expected to pay more even though we were staying at the hotel

Music continuosly play through the night , I think we need to create a separate place for music and guests who wanted music would go there not play for everyone

Gym starts at 7 AM, with a lot of noise, if your room is close.

Great place, clean rooms, good breakfast. The pool is cleaned every morning.

Rooms could do with a bit of tlc. Sometimes loud music from the gym.

The rooms are very far from the centre and they do not have air conditioners, we had to move our head of delegation due to lack of air conditioners.

Air conditioners must be in all rooms the fans are uncomfortable

Hotel being in quiet area with not too much noise

No air conditioner in the room, no mini fridge in the room, shower mixer not modern, bath room not big enough such that if you want to go the toilet section, you to close the door first so that you can space to go through. Buidings were not properly spread out and poorly designed to create footpaths/corridors for one to easily follow the map of the various scattered pieces of buildings.

Wonderful food, amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and gardens to walk in. I cannot recommend it highly enough
