Great location

Staff are not very professional and do not know how to conduct themselves as hotel staff. I was seated for 10 mins right infront of their bar and no one came until I had to call them.

Poor breakfast , no variety and surprisingly no cheese

Nice rooms with view (executive suites), acceptable breakfast, good Indian restaurant.

Everything takes long - service speed should be increased.

The outdoor scenario was nice, the trees, fish and waterfall.

Had to wait 3 hours for room. I saw that they were greeting people with juice upon arrival - didn't get any. Very load club near until 5 in the morning. Hardly slept.

The property location is good. Room we have has rats eaten our food in pantry table that was pathetic experience

When friends visited and my two girls had to pay for them to handout also when my girls played in water wouldn’t allow me to put feet in water and watch.

Everything landscaping, Design, room size, room facilities, hotel facilities, swimming pool, staff, food, entertainment and strategic location no noise. Simply the best

The resort is directly at Victoria Lake, so has beautiful views and ambience. Extremely friendly and attentive staff, any requests were immediately attended even after hours. Great swimming pool.

Beautiful rooms and location on the lake. Very friendly staff and airport shuttle service extrememly helpful.

A little bit more clarity on how things work, it is a bit confusing, specifically in terms of meals and such.

Ally welcomed us warmly from the start and was just wonderful. He ensured we had a room on the lower floor for our older mother, and then great rooms with a view for the rest of us The porters and service staff are all brilliant, always willing to help and be flexible. The food may have been the highlight. All three meals of the day are excellent and were not beaten by rest of Tanzania, Zanzibar or Seychelles. They have great on site amenities for the whole family. A water park, a pool, a spa, a lakeside chill place, a party place, screens for the football, and so much more. It is a great place to relax, eat good food and look out over lake Victoria.The jetty was under repair when we were there but they do normally have boat trips also.

Fish ponds were nice, the lake view and swimming pool amazing. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfy and added bonus for the evening snacks. Stuff very helpful and great service

Breakfast offered a good choice of cereal. cooked and bread/cakes. Plenty of drinks and helpful staff.

Chairs made a lot of noise on the tiled floor when they were moved by people in other suites around me.

Staff were excellent and helpful, the restaurant were excellent with delicious food and amazing views on the lake

The location on the lake front was beautiful, the swimming pool was excellent, and there were nice places around to sit , especially outdoors. It's also super close to the airport, which is very convenient.

The whole property was pretty dated. The food in the restaurant was not great. The service and staff was very subpar for a place of this cost. I had to run the shower for about 15 minutes to get warm/hot water each day.
