The food

The pool was dirty, the quality of the property vs the price . Too expensive for what i got.

that there was building work going on . and my room was not cleaned in the three day I was there in all the hotel I have stay the bed was made and the room cleaned by maid service. What happened??

The staff was great. The included breakfast was nice. That the only thing i can say i liked about this place. after being able to experience different hotels in Colombia during my vacations. There are better hotels for half the price.

Though this are nice pictures, the place is located in a commercial area and is a bit dirty outside, totally oppposite of what you see in the pictures. There is not much to do in the proximities, because i dont want to say theres nothing to do. The rooms and big but they are not well equipped. The room was clean but there was water on the floor near the window when we first got there so they didnt pay attention to our arrival. I found it expensive, twice as much or more than what i would have paid after i knew what i got myself into.

Clean, comfortable, well-run hotel. The staff are faultless and the pool area to the rear is a leafy oasis in the middle of the city.

The hotel was very peaceful, the amenities were great including the pool, and the Service among the staff was really good.

The room was great except for the fact that I received a bunch of bedbug bites. So the rooms and mattresses need to be treated for bedbugs. The sheets and linen made to be properly washed as well. I woke up with A lot of bites all over my body.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was always available to help, pool was good and overall the hotel was good.

The only thing was the delay when ordering something at night.

Great location and the staff is really helpful and kind.
