Pros +
- nice, clean and tidy. it is located in a cery central location and you can reach everywhere.
- I think it is a basic hospitality for passing by.
- This place was really good had a great choice for breakfast and the staff was really helpful great location to bus station! Nice size rooms and very comfortable!
Cons -
- They did not instructed us there was an extra fee after an specific hour for the parking spot.
- The location is unsafe at Neiva’s downtown. Upon arrival they told me they were overbooked, but they offered to me another hotel nearby that is their own property, but I have to move for my own.The other place has the same name and is even simpler.I was given a room that has nothing to see with the room I booked, a small room, no windows and no A/C, just a fan. It is also poor in hygiene. But as it was too late and the location was really unsafe, I had to stay. That place is not prepared for breakfast, but they honored their word in bringing a breakfast in a box brought from somewhere else.
- Toilet did not function. Couldn't close the terrace door, when asked for a solution the answer was there's no solution. The breakfast was different then advertised on the pictures, when asked the have the same as on the pictures they did not want to give it. No cabinet, no table in the room.I would never again stay in this hotel.
