There is nothing around you need transport every where

The room, the hotel and the revolving restaurant were excellent.

Very noisy guests talking loudly late into the night. I have noticed this in Colombia a lot including Bogota. For one, they don’t use good dual pane glass windows and sound insulation in their buildings. Second, they love to party late into the night (every day of the week) and don’t realize how noisy they are. The hotels need to make no noise after 10PM a rule and explain that during the checkin process. Never had this experience anywhere in the world even after traveling to 65 countries. I hope the hotel takes this seriously.

Quiet atmosphere, extremely friendly staff and definitely a place that is always clean.

I would suggest variety in breakfasts such as Pandebonos and Bunuelos.

The noice and specially the frustration for not be able to receive help from hotel to stop a next room heavy party, hotel found better to change us in the midnight instead of confront that people. Do Not find right to penalize us.

The breakfast was satisfactory, a buffet style, but there cold have been more selections.

The pool bar could use a makeover in terms of drinks, amenities, and service.

This is beautiful and restful place, marvelous, pools, bar , restaurant etc I recommend!5 stars

Close to airport and free parking. We had dinner in the revolving restaurant and it was excellent. Rooms were large.

The bed was great

The loud party disrupted my rest.The room’s location was inconvenient and poorly chosen. Apparently the is a floor just for people that book through booking so if they are problems the hotel can’t do anything. The overall experience lacked comfort and tranquility. The room itself was also problematic, as the door didn’t lock properly, which raised serious safety concerns. On top of that, the customer service was poor, with staff being unhelpful and unresponsive to these issues. These factors made the stay even more disappointing.

My stay was fantastic! I had an issue, but the manager promptly addressed it, demonstrating excellent leadership. The staff are incredibly professional, and as a Colombian-American, it makes me proud to see this level of quality, both in the hospitality and the structure itself, in the heart of my city. Highly recommend!
