Friendly Staff, clean room, nice smelling, excellent security!

The price is a little higher than i would expect, but other than this, everything is as expected.

The air conditioning wasn?t working as good as it should have

Lobby, and housekeeping staff VERY friendly, security was good for the most part. While some staff good, other female staff at reception unfriendly and gave dirty looks at me, discrimination.

Water in shower not consistent goes from extreme cold to extreme hot, air conditioning did not work, too much noise from other customers, thin walls, laundry never gives followup bag/paper to have more done. was locked in my own room one day.keys dontwork

My room was supposed to have a working air conditioning for the price paid. But it was dnot working at all. Asked to be moved but staff said no.

Very Friendly Staff, clean room, amazing Breakfast, if you're from USA, this is a place you'd want to stay if in Pereira.

If you happen to get a higher end room, I think having a microwave in the room would be good.

Nothing less than professional, royal, reasonably priced and top notch customer service. I loved that some personnel spoke english well and was very accommodating.

Only that the jacuzzi wasn't open. There was so.e confusion upon my arrival with using my debit card so I was forced to use a credit card...but the next morning staff figured out the problem.

I love the view of city from #933. There has been some rainy days Yeswatching the gondolas passing. It's interesting to watch the nightlife and city traffic.

Yes. They didn't have small wash towels but, I didn't ask. The light settings are very confusing.

This has always been our favorite hotel in Pereira by far. Comfortable rooms, amazing staff, great breakfast, and the heated pool is always a nice place to relax. You can’t beat the location near plenty of good restaurants.

Room service was hard, A menue and a number to call printed on aSheet of paper would be nice.most old people are not that good with computer games, and playing find a menue,then who to order it from, wasn't that intertaning

Beautiful, clean great value. Free breakfast is fantastic.

No USB plugs. Only 1 electrical socket between the beds. Asked for a 4 AM wake up call at check in. Verified wake up call just after dinner. Still there was no call. Luckily we still woke up with enough time to make our flight.
