There is a false amenity offered in booking. It says the hotel includes a wellness space but it does not say you have to pay an extraordinary price to use it. This is unbelievable! It is the first time I get told that I have to pay to use the sauna in a hotel I’m staying. Poor service.

Clean. King bed. Comfortable bed.

Room was too small. No windows. Closet was cramped, too small. Scented shower gel is unfavorable.

my room on floor 3 was excellent! very modern, clean & comfortable. Breakfast included on top floor was very good and had a great view. A/C & Wi-fi both excellent.

my room on the bottom floor was nice but a bit too noisy due to a bit of ground floor construction and people traffic. however, once I moved to floor 3, it was completely quiet

The staff is so friendly, professional and welcoming. They go out of their way to help because of the language barrier; I speak no Spanish. The location is excellent and near to restaurants, shopping malls etc and very safe. Breakfast is simple but filling: omelet, soup, fresh fruit, cheese, ham and toast.

Not that it made a difference to me but hotel lobby is currently under renovation. I’d still make a reservation here, it’s that wonderful a stay.

Location was central to restaurants and shopping malls, the staff was excellent in helping me book massages, ordering flowers and answering any questions.

In the past the free breakfast was buffet style which I enjoyed.

Water on the shower's floor gets stuck for some time because it is not flowing properly through the drain in the bedroom 312, also a little noisy bedroom because it is close to the loud music played by nearby restaurants.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for walking around the town. Art museum and restaurants are at walking distance. We even found a Turkish restaurant (Ankara kebab house) which was 10 minutes away from the hotel. The room was clean and the mattress was comfy. A/C worked fine and the bathroom was clean. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast served was fresh and tasty. But as a coffee lover, I’d expect a better coffee taste. They helped us with the parking our car in their parking lot which was subject to availability.

I wish they could have an employee who could speak English. Not a huge deal but it’d make communication easier for both sides. Please serve better coffee as it’s very important for some people to start a day with.
