Breakfast very good value
The room was very small, no good for a couple
There was free tea and coffee at the reception as well as bath salt. The staff was very friendly. It’s very close to the station.
The hot water pressure on the 8th floor is not the best so the toilet is very loud when it tries to get water.
I enjoyed my trip very much.❤️? .The room is quite small but comfortable. Very good staff supported me. If I come back to Niigata I will book here again ❤️Thank you..
Neat and cozy room. Wonderful breakfast. We really loved the buffet style breakfast. They provided us with different menu every day. Kind and friendly staffs. Only two minutes away from JR Niigata station. After staying at this hotel, we were out of town to visit other place. When we got back to Niigata, we came back to this hotel. Enjoyed our stay here :)
Nothing. So satisfying experience :)
Kindness and smile of the staff, beautiful and calm room with a radio, great location and delicious breakfast
Near to station, Nice breakfast, comfortable and neat room
Location was nice, next to station.
No air conditioner… really was not able to sleep the whole night. Moreover I saw a dead cockroach body right when I entered the room.. horrible
The location was great, within a 10-minute walk from Niigata Station. The staff was friendly, and they even gave us some discount coupons for their sauna. The neighborhood was very safe. This is a nice choice when you are traveling on a budget.
Although I made a reservation for a non-smoking room, the entire room strongly smelled like cigarettes. If you are very sensitive to strong smells, this may not be a good option for you.
Great Location. Nice staff. Nice breakfast.
Room a bit warm and air-conditioning didn't do much. But you can open the window. Beds super soft.
Great location , value for money
