Just 1 min walk from Niigata station, good price

Parking lot was full so we had to park at another public parking lot located 5 min walk from hotel, which cost 1.200¥ per night after discount.

The location was excellent. It was just across the JR station. It was very busy and convenient. We enjoyed the spa downstairs.

Parking was the mechanical one and only opened till 10 pm. I think the AC in the room didn’t work. I called the front desk twice but was told if I wanted it to be cold, I didn’t need to do anything. However, it didn’t seem to have any air circulation in the room. We ended up leaving the bathroom door open all the time to have some fresh air.

Literally in front of jr station, clean and comfortable

Location is excellent and it’s right near the station. I’d stayed here also last year and enjoyed a sento bath in the basement. It was pretty cute and quirky. Like the room wear that you are provided with

The room was stuffy and the aircon didn’t seem to work as it should.

Hotel is very close to the JR Station and within walking distance to Bandai City, commercial district with shops and restaurants. They have a delicious breakfast with a mix of Japanese, English, and fresh Niigata seafood. Hotel staff is very accommodating to requests.

Room a bit small and lighting could be better

Breakfast good and the location was excellent. Public bath was nice with separate elevator to access. Massage chairs and separate lounge was also very nice.

Separate towels for public bath would have been nice instead of taking towels from the room.

Great stay. I was there just for one night and it was clean and I slept really well. Would’ve stayed another night if I could’ve.

The location was so convenient 3-5 minute walk to Niigata station. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from Japanese to Western. The hotel also had an onsen for their guests in the basement which was open around 3pm - 10am the next day with 3 different pools and 1 sauna room. Would definitely stay again!

I wish they had mentioned that I have to cover my tattoos in the onsen during check in so that I can prepare in advance.

Room was hot. Had to ask for fan Staff didn’t say about accessories I could get like tea coffee so I missed them

The location was right across from the station! The room was very neat and clean, and was quite spacious for a single traveler. I also enjoyed the view from the window, and the atmosphere of the hotel was sophisticated. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful with going over the check-in procedure and information! English seemed good according to my friend, who checked in with another representative! I used Japanese after they confirmed I could understand them, which was also very nice! The elevators are regulated based on keycard access as well, which is very safe for lone travelers.

The construction at the station was a bit difficult to navigate through based on Google Maps and the location of the hotel! This is no fault of the hotel, though! The hotel also has an onsen available to patrons, but I was unable to use it due to tattoo rules! This was very unfortunate, and I wish that hotels were a bit more lenient about this because of all the foreign travelers.

Very clean and modern. Nice traditional Japanese onsen separated by gender with some massage chairs. Hotel next to the station, very accessible. Room very well insulated from sound. Laundry for 300 washing and 200 drying (30min).

The bathrooms are the only thing left not renovated, but are very clean and functional. Dryers work well, but need at least 2 times 30 min for a better drying.

Great location across the road from Niigata station and lots of restaurants in the area. Public areas are nice and there's a small sento and laundry facilities.

Parking was height restricted so our 1.7M high vehicle would not fit. The alternate affiliated public parking lot was about a 8 minute walk away.

The location is awesome! It’s right across the street from the JR Niigata Station and made transport super easy. The room was pretty spacious with food options very close by.

The laundry machines were kind of difficult to get an opportunity to use as 2 of the 3 were out of order on my floor almost the whole time.

Very good location just opposite train station and very good value for money. Hotel staff is very helpful in accommodating our change of plans.

Spacious onsen bath in basement. You must be comfortable with communal bathing in the nude though. The loungewear provided was comfortable to wear and to the bath.

Self service ice machine on the 11th floor was broken; had to go to the one on the 5th. Bit of a hassle going first from my room to elevator to 11th floor, then back to elevator to the 5th, walking to the ice machine, then elevator back to my room.

Breakfast was very Japanese. Curry was nice. Many items were served cold(Sausages, Scrambled eggs).Quality was good.

It was very expensive room compare to other hotels in Japan. Maybe some festival was only. The location is good though.

Hotel provided fantastic value for its price point. The hotel came with an indoor onsen, sauna and free massage chair, with a dedicated lift for hotel guests to access the amenities. Hotel was also located within a 5 mins walk to the nearest station. Staff was able to converse well in English and also allowed for luggage storage before check in time.Got the twin room, which also came with a tub. Otherwise, the room size is about what you will expect. Not spacious, but enough to move around without feeling cramped.Overall, great value for money!

the toilet is in old design style and can be better. water pressure is a bit weak.

The hotel is very close to the train station. When I walked back to the hotel from dinner. I found Yodobashi Camera is just next door. I was surprised that it was closed at 10pm, which was much later than others at 7:30pm or 8:30pm.
