Country Hotel Niigata

It is what is it is a business hotel, in the middle of the city where you can comfortably spend the night in.

Not really walkable from either Niigata or Hakusan Station. Would have to use the bus.But walkable to furumachi which is ok.

Located right in the heart of the shopping street at Furumachi with lots of restaurants. Easy access to Shinano river, ferry terminal to Sado island and the train station by car. Clean hotel and very friendly front staff.

Tiny room - barely any more space with two beds in

There is a Yoshinoya chain restaurant on the first floor. It wasn't expensive at all to have breakfast there.

They don't give and kind of discount ticket for parking.

I didn't know how to turn on the electricity, and within 1 minute the staff came and helped me.

The price was fantastic and the rooms were clean and the staff were great

The price is so good - the rooms are small but for the price you’re paying and if you get your room cleaned everyday, me and my friend had no issues. The location is excellent, we were near a nice milk tea place and close enough to walk to the park to see the cherry blossoms at sunset

The Wifi is pretty bad

Very small room and the Bathroom was not clean, I’m not one to complain but it needed a thorough clean and to remove previous guests hair.

mattress was really comfortable, room was clean and staffs were helpful

I booked hotel for 2adults and 1 kid (10yrs old) in one room. They accepted it but they didn't provide any extra toothbrush, towel (even hand towels)etc. If they can't provide, at least they should have mentioned before or white booking. Found it quite unusual.

Very central location, shops and restaurant just next door. Free coffee.small rooms but very well worth this very good price.quiet place .breakfast at Yoshinoya on first floor. Parking nearby for Yen 600 /24 hr at Times Parking 150 meter away.

The location of the hotel is great as it's very close to the river and shops. The staff were friendly.

Not the cleanest hotel, but passable. The rooms very very cramped and there wasn't really anywhere to put your bags.

Location is amazing. It’s very convenient to hover around. Room was very clean.

Hope they can make WiFi connection a bit more stronger. Had business call and cut off several times.

- The shampoo, very nice, keep your hair in the shape you want. I really wanna know the name of that shampoo but forgot to ask.- The staffs are very friendly and available 24/7. - The single room is decent for the price.- The hotel location is within a shotengai so I guess it’s quite convenient? - You can rent bikes from Hotel Okura, which is 400m from this hotel, provided that you have signed up as a member from rent-a-cycle near the Niigata station.

- The double room is very small, everything feels like they’re being tightened up, very limited space to walk around. I don’t think people who are taller than 180cm will want to stay here. - It’s kinda far from the station. - The wall is thin, if you talk loud when you’re sitting near the wall the next room might be able to hear you.

Simple room at a great price. Very well located, it's only a short walk to Hakusan Park and there's a bus stop right outside that can take you there from the station.
