The stuff here is very nice polite very good explanation that had to help at this as they can. I love all the day that we stay here very nice. The room is so clean. The room like that I choose is the Japanese style. It's have 2 room inside, 1 bedroom and 1 the living room. I have to do my work go sleep late but it not disturb my family, they can sleep well.It's very near to the shopping center. Have family mart near here open 24 hour if that you need something in the night time. It's really worth it to stay here. Im recommend

If someone that don't like the smell of the wood maybe this is not the right choice for you it will smell like some kind of dessert. The room is look so old which someone maybe don't like it but in my opinion I really like it how the way that they take care so good of the old thing like air conditioner, radio.

The breakfast was superb. There was a wide variety of choices, both Japanese and Western cuisine. The order made French toast and omelet were splendid. The yogurt was great. Also there was easily accessible children's tableware and chairs. Lovel flowers to view while eating breakfast.

The bed was rather lumpy. The size was fine and pillows great, but it seems like springs could be felt.

Nice location and really worth the price. Breakfast great!

Found some hair in the toilet of my room

It was located near a few malls so it is very easy to go out and purchase things and shop if u want. Also, it is near enough to the station, and there are a lot of food options along the way too.

There is not a lot of electrical outlets so it was a bit of a hassle when charging our items.

Location was good. Next to bus station and near train station. Good breakfast also. .

Yes, the hotel seemed old but it was OK.

Accessibility to JR Niigata station and Niigata airport

A front-desk female staff was super-impolite about the man-to-man service. Omotenashi(dedicated service) to zero; rude language in a directive manner: tameguchi only!NOT strongly recommended to foreign travelers with limited Japanese language.

The location was fantastic, as it is within a major shopping area and had good transport links. We found the staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The food court downstairs was awesome, especially the kaiten zushi restaurant with the robot train serving us. Though it's an older hotel, it was well-maintained and had the convenience of a coin laundry right near our room. We stayed in a Japanese style room, which was spacious and had a lot of storage available. It was excellent value, with the bonus of a toilet and separate bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were not really to our liking.

The staff were so lovely and it had a lot of character to the place. The rooms were okay, not the greatest but for the price and my needs they did the job.

The room did feel a little musty and dusty, but again, I think that may have just been the age of the place. Maybe some newer bed linen would be great.

The family room was very comfortable for 4 adults. Had separate dining/living room area.

Staff was helpful and friendly but not conversant with English. Staff should be trained to use electronic translators to make things easier for the guest.

Great location in the heart of Niigata's Bandai area. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all on the hotel doorstep

Good sleep but bud feeling at checking.

Check in time 15:00. But 20 or 30 minutes early, I think It’s OK. I was waited 20 minute at lobby. There is not serve spirit. I hate such stuff.

Room is quite small and almost no view from windows. Inside room was very hot even with air conditioning on.

A bit distance from the station, if possible, can arrange pickup in advance from the station.

The buffest breakfast was great. They did offer more food for Japanese plates, but that's understandable. Fresh fruit, and yoghurt, great coffee and bacon, which I have never seen before at a buffet breakfast in Japan.

Even though the bed was comfortable and the room was just fine, the aircon system was a little complicated, and I'm not sure if I just could not make it work properly, or if that's just the way it works. It would not turn on unless the temperature was set at 21 degrees, and that was too hot for me, anything lower than that and it would just stop. Besides that, the window is just good for letting light in, you cannot open it, it doesn't even have hinges! This two things made the room feel stale and much hotter than it should.
