Court Hotel Niigata

Breakfast was very filling and delicious. Room was compact but had everything I needed. Very clean.

Visually the room was a bit outdated but still very comfortable.

Conveniently located in Niigata, lots of nearby shops and restaurants.

I could not figure out how to turn on the fan/ventilation for the bathroom, and I tried every switch I could find.

The room was big and the bed was nice, with soft pillows. The staff were very nice and friendly! The location is not that close to Niigata station but that’s okay. I did my laundry there and I was surprised to find that they accept both cash and electronic money payments!

I think the walls were thin, because you can hear from outside, which also means that other people could hear me, which could be bothersome. The hotel uses a central air conditioning system, so you can’t regulate the temperature. Be mindful of that before you book.

Nice place a short walk from Niigata station. Good food options close by.

Not a whole lot of night life close by.

I was there only for one night but the room was very confortable. Big and with a nice bathroom. The location is excellent because it’s close to many food places.

5-mins walk from the station, very clean environment, free coffee and tea

Nothing, it was a scam

Everything, I arrived on time and yet no one was there to sign me in. I paid for two nights but when it came down for a refund I got no money back. I didn't even get into the building and instead had to walk through the snow due to their incompetence.

A classic small hotel. Although for some reason the decor felt like a high end hotel which made me question whether I was at the right place, especially for the price. Everything was clean, the staff was very helpful despite not speaking English we managed to communicate, and amenities were offered.

There is nothing I disliked about the place.

Maybe I just got a great deal, but this was relatively cheap, the staff are friendly and helpful.Rooms are large and clean.

View from the room could be better. The location is a walk from everything.

The hotel is located near Niigata Station and the Bus terminal. And Bandai Shopping Area. A lot of Restaurants and Bar and Cafe are available near the hotel. Walkable distance!

Terrible

Could not find the temperature controller - it was hot and sweaty at night. Could not sleep.

Big room for a japanese hotel, this one you can lay open on the floor a big suitcase and still walk around

The bed was just a little soft

Great location near Bandai square. Very good amenities and nice and clean.

Poor

Cannot change AC temperature

Staff very friendly and an excellent free coffee service.
