Cons -
- Small room, especially the toilet, hard to close the door, not enough space for the luggage.
- The toilet and bath was quite small. Pillow were not that comfortable to use
- The rooms are small but I think that's Japan's standard. It was a bit crowded for 3 as we were traveling with our son. But not so small you feel uncomfortable.

I loved the staff they were so kind even with the language barrier we did just fine communicating. The breakfast that was offered was simple but enough. The smoothies they serve are so delicious. I definitely would stay here again if I should ever be in Niigata. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to visit.
