Pros +
- I had a pleasant experience, and the staff were extremely helpful and respectful to guests, from what I observed. The food was delicious, and Felipe made room service an exceptional experience. He was polite and never rude, even when I requested service just a few minutes before the restaurant closed. The reception staff were also consistently great and polite. The only issue I must mention is that the pool needs to be cleaned more often and requires more attention from the restaurant staff. All other facilities were good and met my expectations. I will certainly continue recommending Oro Verde Hotel to family and friends.
- The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful.

Great rooms, hotel smells great and the scent is relaxing, pool is large enough for a lot of guests. A courtyard for dogs to handle their business. Staff was attentive to cleaning and greeting. Several bar and restaurant choices. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.
Very wide food options. Fresh and good quality fruits.
The cleanliness of the halway carpets
The hotel is pretty big so there is room to move around. Also there is a restaurant a bar and a cafeteria
The event happen just at the side of the rooms, they might finish until 1, 2 or 3 am and it is impossible to sleep with the music. You can't rest.
It is very clean and staff gentle.
