Hotel Hacienda Abraspungo

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff is very courteous and attentive.

The entrance road need some attention due to rain. However, they may not have any control.

I loved the gardens! It’s a beautiful place to stay because of the views. The food was amazing, too.

I thought I could do activities inside, but I had to visit near towns to do some sightseeing. I traveled with 2 kids younger than 5. When I asked about activities at the front desk I didn’t like the way they approached. They weren’t rude with words, but I think it was the way in which they said things.

Lovely place with typical Ecuadorian mountain decor. Very friendly staff and excellent cuisine.

The property is located between Guano and Riobamba. The rooms were spotless. The hacienda itself is beautiful.

The hairdryers in the rooms are outdated and non-functional. Very thin walls. Loud barking and screaming children kept us all up.

The room was big and the breakfast was good. While there were not a lot of vegetarian options at dinner, the quinoa dish was really good. We came back for lunch the next day since there weren't many other vegetarian options.

I expected a king bed, but got 2 doubles. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Extreme noise beginning before midnight and ending early in the morning (discussed with front desk staff during check-out) coming from loud party and from kids playing in the yard. The room had no phone, so we couldn’t call the front desk to complain…

It was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The overall place was really good, the breakfast was nice, they even started a bonfire for us with marshmallows.

The location of the breakfast is in the main dining room, that has a very welcoming feel. Coffee is excellent with as many refills as desired. Typical fair but very fresh.

Great option to stay in Riobamba. The food was gourmet. Very nice room with Chimborazo view.

Almost nothing. Not so many options to walk in the installations. Better as a base to do trips outside.

An absolute haven. A little way out of town with gorgeous gardens, including a donkey. The room was huge and had super comfy beds. We ate lunch and dinner there as well as breakfast because the food was so good. And every single member of staff was lovely but special shout out to our waiter with the excellent English. He really looked after us. Best hotel we've stayed at in Ecuador.

Stunning beautiful property with lots of historical and local cultural touches. Gorgeous garden, spacious facilities, and super food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer.
