Location. Excellent huge buffet breakfast. Nice clean room, helpful staff

Had the first room at the top of the mezzanine stairs above the lobby. Kind of noisy. Next time will ask for a room further down the hall.

Some weird things happened An alarm went off about 5 am Maybe a smoke detector malfuncioned Also around 6:30 am while we were still in bed all the bedroom lights came onNot sure if some one entered our room or if there was some electrical problem but nothing bad happened and just turned them off but it did seem strange

Location and casino and mall

The black mold on the porch, the dog shit in the planter on the porch and the shower drain didn't drain have to turn the shower off before it over flowed.⁸

The location is excellent and it is the best property in Tumbes. The connected mall is a big bonus.

The restaurant is a bit expensive.

Not very good customer service in the bar/pool area.Dirty towels were left on the pool chairs for hours, staff did not care how messy it looked.

Clean, comfortable rooms with good Wifi, secure parking, good breakfast and accommodating staff. Recommended

The staff here are very kind. The rooms are comfortable. The location is convenient with the hotel being connected to a mall.

It is very expensive. But there are not many options in Tumbes.

It was an amazing place to relax and arrive in Peru after mi long transatlantic flight. The hotel is very clean. All the staff very attentive and lovely. In the morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet.

The rooms were good and the A/C worked well.

The pool could have been cleaner. Many people, children including use the pool, and it never seemed very clean.

The hotel swimming pool is too small and events are not at the expected high standards.

Very friendly and patient staff considering I didn't speak Spanish. Sometimes the restaurant service could be faster outside of the breakfast service. Nice to have a pool and the gym was quiet. Very clean and in a good, central location. The staff were helpful when I went on a tour to the National park - they took note of the hours I would be gone and spoke to the person leading the tour. Made me feel looked after! Also no problem for them to get you a taxi and the doorman was exceptional, very friendly. I'd had a busy few weeks and this stop allowed me to relax and I enjoyed the hotel so much I spent a lot of my time there!

My room was on the same floor as the bar, sometimes the music could be a bit loud.

Delays in replacement of food ingredients at breakfast. They would benefit from a supervisor to watch for and oversee food and beverages as they run out at the breakfast buffet.

We had the deluxe double and the bed was so comfortable.

The check-in took a really long time, and it may have been a language barrier but we were a bit lost as to the hotels facilities, etc. We also tried to book the shuttle which I'm sure booking.com says is free - out flight was at 12, so we asked for 9:30am but we're told 10:00 was when it had to be booked for. (We negotiated that down from 11:00). Then we find its 20/s each (about £4) but the tuk tuk is about 25/s and a taxi 30 /s. So we got a taxi for cheaper, and at the time we actually wanted. It was all very strange. The breakfast is also very bland and basic, which was a shame because it looked good on the eye. Wouldn't stay here unless you're desperate for something western in Tumbes. It's very expensive gor what it is.
