Free shuttle bus to the airport. Clean and comfortable room for our early morning flight out.

The hotel is absolutely fine, but as a Westerner I can't quite appreciate the extensive Chinese selection for breakfast. My fault entirely, as Tianjin is not exactly an international tourist town, it was perfectly OK.

the staff was welcoming, friendly, always looking after us, especially a lady at the reception called Coco, always smiling. the sheets were not always well cared for and clean but overall it was fine

Staff response in English is poor.You have to choose the room and select the room if you are staying for long.Hospitality is just low and you need to do all by yourself.No weigh scale available at the hotel.Basic toiletries provided were quite minimum and not a quality one

Everything is well prepared and maintained. Room size is good enough. Wifi is fast enough. Breakfast is very well. Worth of a stay for business trip.

The address is not correct. Should be 東麗區 rather than 東麗開發區. I wasted 30 minutes and extra money on taxi until I realized the correct address. This needs an immediate correction to prevent other visitor's same failure.

Good breakfast spread, room is clean. A wonderful surprise is the robot delivery of my food order straight to my room. Best experience.Although it is near the airport, the sound proofing is ok and acceptable.

The transport to the airport is a small bus and we have to stack our luggage on passenger seats. Not unpleasant but can be improved.

Shuttle bus for free pick up is a good choice

Shuttle bus doesn’t work for customers who arrived late and taxi in Tianjin airport is extremely stupid. They will tell you pay 60 yuan for only 6 km route to be this hotel. Stuffs lacking smile when they offer service. Room is kinda smelly makes my nose running hard.I already informed front stuff that my arrival will be late and it will be a very short stay but when I check in, front stuff still tell me that they couldn’t offer check in service for me. It’s so tired when I suffered such long flight with delay and they seems really don’t professional offering service to customer.

It's a convenient place to stay before an early morning flight. The shuttle is very good and easy to book. It's close to the airport so it doesn't take very long at all.

The main issue was the language barrier. It took far too long to check-in and organise the shuttle for the following morning. I was so tired from my trip and then needing to do constant translation that I didn't bother asking about the breakfast that was included with my room. It took so long to check in that I just wanted to go and rest after that rather than try to ask about breakfast the next morning too when it would have taken even longer to ask.

There was no water/hand shower at the toilet seat. DISGUSTING
