- There was a huge failure gap between booking and final reservation, as I did a reservation for 3 people with 3 beds and received booking confirmation stated 2 people instead of the confirmation in the booking app stated clearly 3 people with 3 beds. Reception insisted stubborn that only the email is recognized and not the booking app confirmation. In the end I had to cancel and re book until it clearance. Receptionist insist that his version and ignored my confirmation in the booking app. Unprofessional as its best.
