Pros +
- Nord Easy is by far the best hotel in the area. Best value for money. Staff was great and we liked the breakfast. We had the suite 411 and i was working whilst significant other visiting the family. Walking distance to Patos shopping and Vila Sortea (live music and food). I liked it more than 5 star hotels before on the same trip. Checkin and check-out super fast and gym good enough for a morning run.
- Pleasant
- The location is very good. It is downtown and close to many restaurants and stores.
Cons -
- Cant think of anything.
- There was no one who speaks English so communication was difficult. There is no kettle in the room. I generally didn't feel at home. The price was expensive as well. That means you don't get what you pay for. Customer service needs to improve.
- The staff was not very friendly and the breakfast fast doesn’t have the same standards along the days: one good and another poor.
