Pros +
- The location was good and very nice staff. They also had good breakfast.
- the room was really nice and comfortable
- Lovely and very helpful staff . This hotel close to main attractions . They provided more than enough supply of tea coffee and creamer daily and cleaned my room twice a day.Lots of shops and restaurants around. I will definitely stay there again good range of breakfast. There is a Masjid nearby for Muslim travellers. Also a pharmacy next door
Cons -
- The facility was really not the level what we paid for, not really clean and old outdated. The main challenge was they had no parking place I had to park my car in another hotel's parking place and paid also, and it was not close to the hotel as well. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel, there are cheaper and better options if you want to stay in heart of city center
- I think they need to improve their breakfast also it would be nice if they support their guests (specially foreigners) on how to reach them from the airport.
- There was a little bit of smoking smell in the room. The shower cabin is small.

Very thoughtful staff. When I had finished my 2 cups of coffee the next day the staff brought an extra 5 cups. It is little gestures like this which makes the hotel so welcoming.
The hotel is located in the old city center close to the touristic places. The staff is helpful and friendly.
