Hotel Zade

I areived at 6am,  prepared me room asap. I got my room at 9am not 2pm!!!  the receptionist is wonderful. I could rest in restaurant 3 hours having a very good breakfast,  was serving me tea before the opening time. Strongly recommended

I liked everything. This hotel gives luxuary service with a very little money. I loved it . Just the fridge was not that cold but the drinks were so cheap.wonderful

bearkfast was OK, but the location was dark and small

the bed sheets were dirty and not clean at all, not expected this much

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a very central location and is of a good quality and very good value. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent - lots of options, and of a high quality

Free parking was in my reservation, but hotel doesn’t have any parking and finding parking slots is difficult in day time

The receptionist and the other staff showed excellent hospitality towards guests. The room is so clean and brand new. It made our stay a bliss.

No alcoholic drink in room but its not a big deal for me since erzurum is a little bit conservative.

Great hotel. Really comfortable bed, very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was excellent, huge variety of foods. Good WiFi. Not far from the castle and small museums.

Centrally located in a quiet area. Our room was immaculately clean and spotless. Lots of extra touches provided (eg notepad, sewing kit, bottles of water). There was a fantastic powerful walk-in shower and a generous supply of lovely toiletries provided, again bathroom was modern and extremely clean. The breakfast buffet had an enormous array of delicious dishes and was the best we had in Turkey. The staff allowed us to leave rucksacks in the basement for a month while we went on a cycle trip and came back 3 weeks later.

We arrived early having had no sleep the night before (dawn flight from Istanbul). The staff were quite inflexible and there was no possibility to check-in before 2pm or even to use the hotel wi-fi before this time. Our room was right opposite a half-finished concrete apartment block (just metres away) and so the room was quite dark and had no view. Our friends arrived two days later but the staff would not let them leave their bike bags in the basement and so they had to find a different hotel. I did not find the hotel staff were amenable to more unusual requests.

Located close to center, many cafes around, nice breakfast

Hotel car parking may be quite crowded at times (same as streets in this district), but finally it all went fine with no problems - could find a place in the evening and could depart in the morning

I think that hotel zade , it wasn’t hotel because this was a clean inn

My room was very badthat wasn’t standard, there was alot of noise, the room was small

The breakfast was fresh and varied. Staff were professional.

We booked 2 rooms- one for us and one for the kids. They were on different floors. The rooms were so stuffy and hot they were impossible to sleep in. In both rooms we had to wedge open the window and let in the noise of the cars and street outside which didn’t calm until about 1am and even then it was impossible to sleep. We have come away from 2 days at the hotel completely exhausted. I understand Erzurum is a cooler city but in a big hotel like that you still need air flow and there is none! The pillows were also too big and everything was very dark!

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The room was cozy and perfect for a couples stay. Great location and you can walk to the attractions.

Great hotel for a stopover in Erzurum, very comfortable, lovely staff, and delicious breakfast with many options! I highly recommend!
