This hotel made for wheel chairs users, everything very close to the ground bed washbasin no air conditioner or even fan, it¿s out side the main centers with around 5 km

Nice and clean hotel, with good breakfast, round the clock restaurant and very close to Ski Mountain.

It’s weird but it’s impossible to get iron in the room or use it in designated place.The only option is to bring your stuff to the laundry (if they open) and wait for about 40 minutes

Wonderful location with lovely views. The hotel is modern and very nicely designed/decorated.The breakfast was a typical turkish breakfast with plenty of options. We ate from the restaurant and it was plentiful.Something for everyone can be found.The internet was terribly slow/non existent (but we were there for only 1 night and thankfully had cellular data which worked fine)

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. We knew this going into it and we took time deciding if we should give it a go or not. Many people said it was manageable. We found it uncomfortable and our room window would only open a crack without allowing in any natural breeze. It was rather uncomfortable. We travelled mid August...

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, everything was quite good — however, the lack of air conditioning in the room made the stay uncomfortable, especially in warm weather. Unfortunately, this would make me reconsider staying again in the summer, though it could be a great option during the cooler months

The hotel was extremely cozy, clean, and well-located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, and the quality was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and want to thank them for their service.

Meals, location

Being woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of a drill. They were fixing the fire system in the kitchen, that didn't sound safe at all. A hotel I will never go to again in my life.

the rooms were not soundproof at all .. it was too noisy when people were passing the corridor! also in the early mornin

you need more staff who can speak english language, as it is an international language. the receptionist didn’t understand english at all ! luckily there was a kind lady ( staff) who speak english a bit. she was very welcoming and kind. unfortunately i don’t remember her name

Nice and spacious room with many amenities. Large shower and exceptional bed. Great breakfast: lot of alternatives, sweet and salty. Parking is in front of the hotel but a bit small. Definitely my choice when in Erzurum

Parking is a bit small and considering it is a mountain resort it would be nice to have undergound parking (just an opinion/suggestion). Position is quiet but good only if you come by car, since there is nothing at a walking distance and I suppose public transport don't reach the hotel quite often. This time we were on 1st floor and in the corridor there was some smell of food. Soundproof is good but not exceptional (of course this mostly depend on your neighbors). Lighting of the room could be better

The staff don’t care about customers, as I was traveling with family and my booking was for four people, It took a long time to understand staff that I booked for 4 people and they needed to provide an extra bed, no one could speak english, so I used google translate at front desk, I had to come down even I needed a water as no one understood english, I had a problem with wifi as the staff entered my details including my passport information wrongly, and I came to front desk again.

It took 2 hours to prepare a baby cot after calling 3 times and going to front desk, the mini bar was empty, we stayed on 4th floor, the water pressure was very week.As no one could speak english, for any request I had to go reception to use google translate and it is so inconvenient.The breakfast time was from 7 to 11, at 9:30 most of things ran out, and when we asked staff to charge them they didn’t mind at all, I asked for fried eggs and it took 30 minutes in the most uncooked form, the manner of kitchen staff was very rude, Next time I definitely will choose another hotel

Breakfast is varied and delicious. A warm welcome and farewell with a smile. In the future, my friends and I will choose only your hotel when staying in Erzurum. The breakfast was good.

The wifi in our room didn’t have good reception also the quality was bad.The pillows were not clean.The amenities were supposed to be in the room before check in.For example they didn’t have slippers in the room and we had to ask them which took forever to bring them to us.

It was very clean, comfortable beds, very good food and service minded staff.
