Holiday Inn Piura By IHG

I stay at Holiday Inn express all the time and this was the very best Holiday Inn express that I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was supreme. They even had a wonderful restaurant on site.

All workers were friendly, answered all my questions and good service.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facilities are very nice, everything is comfortable, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, always making sure that guests have everything they need. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

However, I think there are a few things that could be improved. For a five-star hotel, I expected 24-hour room service, or at least service available during specific set hours. Also, the rooms would benefit from having better-quality coffee makers, as this is usually a standard feature in hotels of this category.Overall, it was a good stay, but with these improvements it could be excellent.

Probably the best hotel we've stayed in Peru thus far. Clean, comfortable, secure parking, helpful staff, great breakfast and and a great shower! they even agreed to accept a package for us which was very helpful. Highly recommended.

The only little issue is that you cannot open the windows, but i guess it is a safety issue and the aircon does help a lot

There is a small mall next to the hotel and you have a supermarket, cinema and 3 pharmacies.

Fried chicken at breakfast .... I would prefer other choices but it was fine.
