Staff was really helpful and willing to make our stay a good experience.

We were staying with a baby and had a stroller. The room was on the second floor but there isn't an elevator or accessible way to take the stroller. Also the entrance had a couple of steps without ramp access.

Great variety of food, pool and the cleaning every day

At first I didn't like the food, but then when I knew what to order it was fine. Staff was great.

Two different nights I didn't have hot water, but it was fine by the morning.

A bit expensive for what you get.

The setting of the rooms around the pool with the coconut trees and palms is beautiful. The pool is clean and refreshing in the heat and you can have drinks and snacks beside the pool. We are digital nomads and the wifi was excellent for our needs, including uploading video. The rooms are spacious with quality linens, comfortable beds and pillows. The amenities provided are very good. The breakfast has a good range of food. It was all fresh. The hotel staff are lovely, always professional and happy.

The hot dishes at breakfast aren't really warm, they could be kept warmer.

the crew was amazing especially yeshira and the reception crew , the rooms and facilities was amazing and the service was great!!!!

the only problem I had that in my shower I had little bit ants…

we always stay here, actually we booked 2 rooms and it seems the second reservation did not go through, as we changed the credit card on file o lu for one reservation and lost the other one. so we had to get there and pay a full price room as they mentioned they did not have any more available and they could “exceptionally” open one for us but for double the price - we did not like this at all- despite we stay here all the time, for work and personal stuff. either way, besides that we were treated like home as always, including our child’s service dog, they already know him in the hotel pretty well. he likes being spoiled around there so we don’t mind paying the extra fee for him. the pool bar should be open earlier though!

we got charged a surprisingly extra full price S/.700 about $200 for the extra room we required.

Nowhere in the reservation process did it say that our grandchild was not allowed to stay with us unless we had a notarized letter, How would foreigners ever know this. Should specify this when reserving a child
