LP Los Portales Hotel Piura

The staff was very friendly. Very! The place was clean. They really care about the experience and they're accommodating. I was able to do an early check in and did not have to ask twice.

A very nice hotel for families, with many facilities for both older people and young people. It has a very spacious parking garage, the restaurant serves excellent food, and there's always someone available to help you. It also has a bar with live music and karaoke on weekends.

I have an excellent time there. I not have a complaint

The interior decor and location.

Not issue with all property but process such as checking in and out there should be more than one person. The impatience of the need to pay for an item.

Location.

I was told the booking photograph of the room I chose was only referential. Had to wait an additional hour to check into the right room as per my reservation.

The staff is very kind. Starting with the dining room staff Amado, Brayan, Diego, Alex, Fátima Juan, Josue . Also all the conserjes, Iván, Santos and the rest. Of course the desk staff always accommodating and the housekeeping staff go out of their way to make you comfortable.

The hotel is fine. The location is conveniently located in the downtown area. Very safe and right in front of Plaza de Armas.

My key deactivated everyday and the bed was not very comfortable.

This is the only hotel I stay at when traveling to Piura. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Enjoy the restaurant, room service, and on-site bar! The location is also great, across from the park and close proximity to my local destinations.

Showers always seem to drain very slowly and back up into the shower a bit.

This hotel is located right in the center of the historic district. The breakfast was delicious and included regional food, which I was curious to sample. The staff were very nice. I would recommend anyone traveling to Piura to stay here!

The interior of the hotel was very nice. Location was great, and it was easy to catch a taxi. Jose at the front desk was helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel felt very secure.

Wifi was excellent in public areas but didn't work 80% of the time in our room. The bed was the most uncomfortable we slept in during our month long trip to Peru.

Clean room, large shower, delicious food and great cocktails. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the vibe was relaxing. The perfect choice after 30 hours of travel!

Breakfast could have a bit more options or vary a little. An extra-bed has a high cost compred to the room price.

The WiFi was not always workingThe rooms didn't have a socket to plug my telephone recharger. The shower was a bit damaged

Windows in the room were frosted with no view outside. Restaurant service was slow/inattentive.

Great breakfast and friendly staff in a prime location right by the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are clean and offer everything you'd expect for the price. While it's a bit more expensive compared to nearby options, it’s worth it if relaxation is your priority.

Their airport service is a nice extra, but my experience was a bit chaotic, so it might be something they should reconsider offering.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, with luxurious linens and fluffy towels. Loved the pool and restaurant area. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The front desk staff disturbed me twice late at night to sort out credit card issues. One (the room charge) should have been done on arrival and the other was related to signing for dinner on my room when this should have been charged at checkout and in fact it was when I told them I would pay on check out.

I stayed in Los Portales for almost 2 weeks and had the best time. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind at all times. I received all kind of attention and best customer service! The breakfast is very good. The pool is fantastic and the food at the restaurant is delicious! I would totally come back

Beautiful old colonial building

Los Portales is a beautiful, hotel located on the Plaza del Armas across from the Cathedral. It is quite the place. It is a fully renovated and very historical hotel. The sitting areas overlooking a beautiful courtyard have original paintings of the Spanish aristocracy from the early era and art objects that go back to the early settling of the region by the Spanish. Our room was spacious, light and airy and in the back upon our request, so it was very quiet. The indoor and outdoor dining areas are beautiful. The buffet breakfast is quite extensive with many hot meal choices and hot and cold cereal options with a variety of fresh fruits, juices and yogurts. Their dinner choices were delicious, as well. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. Jose and Junior in the reception area were the best ever and gave us so much good information to facilitate our stay. We are very happy we stayed there.
