breakfast buffet wasn’t up to my expectations

Super clean and comfortable. Nice spa,gym and pool.Good location. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Is very nice hotel very clean lovely location very big room and I love the breakfast and the people is very friendly and helpful

Very friendly staff, from the moment I walked in the hotel for check in I felt that the staff did care about their guests. Following a quick check in I was shown my room, which was very clean. Toilet and bathroom are separated by a glass wall. Bathroom had the shower head as well as a rainfall shower. All the usual toiletries as well as shaving kit and toothbrush & paste were also added to make the guests feel home. My only recommendation, for the price of stay, could be ironing facilities as well as scales in the room, even maybe a couple of items to be dry cleaned free of charge as a goodwill gesture. The gym in the hotel is very well equipped, you can find all cardio as well as the free weights and other equipment. Turkish bath (hamam), sauna, jacuzi and pool are also included in your stay, if you want a massage that's charged extra. I didn't use the pool facilities, but it looked nice and big. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty to choose from, continental breakfast, local tastes such as menemen and sucuk etc., selection of breads and pastries. The hotel is built on a main busy road, close to the amenities like the shopping centre but the traffic may be a bit disturbing at times. Also, I forgot a few items in the room and remembered only in the evening of the same day. When I called the hotel, they told me that they have the items in lost and found and kindly offered to send them via courier which was great! Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay again.

Noise from the main road in front of the hotel. Also, just as a suggestion it would've been better to have an iron and ironing board in the room as it's important particularly for the guests travelling for business.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

There were 2 times room fuse down resulted with room electricity cut off however staff solved the issue quickly

Perfect hotel in the heart of Adana. Myself and my family stayed here throughout our wedding weekend, the hotel and all the staff were incredibly inviting and took care of my family. They provided surprise on our wedding eveningThank you Divan!

Very comfortable and good location helpful staff

İt was great location and great welcoming

We accommodate connection room and first day night it was unable to sleep very well because of the voice from next room

Not worth to money

It was an extremely noisy room as it was near a main road.Breakfast was not good enough for a 5-star hotel

Location and friendly staff

There isn’t USB or USB-C socket to charge laptop and phone without adapter

The location was excellent

Breakfast was a bit on the boring side, when the maid cleaned the room, if you used the shoe cleaner it was removed and not replaced, the same as the soap, and other bathroom essentialsThe roof bar was advertised as open, but when I went to use it, I found it had been closed since Covid, if this is the case it should be removed from the advertising.

Room was big and the staff was very nice.

There was music coming from a restauranr until 1 am. The location is very central but not many shopping and restaurant options around.

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are clean and the gym is good.

Despite the fact that the parking is free I was paying for it.

Very clean. Great location. Great decor. Excellent service throughout. Wonderful food, portion sizes, and variety.

Quite a bit street noise came through my front facing window, even with windows and curtains closed and using ear plugs.

Meryem was wonderful while serving us with breakfastEmre was always there to greet us with a SmileHotel looks awesome and staff are lovelyAmenities look great especially inside pool areaHighly recommend

All good
