Sheraton Grand Adana

BUILDING DESIGN

BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED, TV ALL TURKISH AND SCREEN FADED

Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel and more…Cihan at reception was very helpful and a real asset to the Sheraton…from the surroundings to the food and staff it was excellent

Nothing everything was top class I just couldnt be more impressed

The view from the panoramic window, the room bathroom was huge, the breakfast was international lots of choices.

Clean, neat, helpful/professional staff

eventough the hotel is very new, the marbles, mirrors and tiles in the room has dirt marks on them.

I liked the comfort, the service & the quality. It displays the best view of Adana. I especially liked the stuffs' welcoming hospitality which reflects the people's profile of Adana.

My room's air condition have usually been turned on despite the weather was cold during nights. There were a few mosquitoes and I expect the stuffs to take precautions to provide some pesticides etc.

Lively big hotelBeautiful gardensThe best in Adana

A bit old

Great facilities along with professional and friendly staff

There nothing to dislike about the property other than the fact that the prices have gone up a little over the years.

not worth staying here

Poor service and language problem. Front office doesn't honour message from reservations dept.

The breakfast was good. The location was good.

The staffs at the reception were not very knowledgeable and did not offer all the facilities provided. When we arrived they did not offer us all the facilities that the hotel had. We were not informed about the bar on the first floor nor we were not informed to pay a charge in order that we could have enjoyed the bar, the breakfast, etc . On our arrival, we had to order food to our room and have drinks and food again in the evening. We were not offered that if we pay a certain amount of money, we could have the use of the bar, snacks, breakfast etc. We only found out when we were at the desk to get a taxi. When we complained, the staffs and the management were not helpful at all and blamed us for not taking advantage of the offer in advance. How are we meant to know what facilities your hotel has, if we are not informed about it. It was quiet disappointing.

The staff at Sheraton Adana hotel were fantastic! the friendly front desk personnel specially G ina and Cihan bey to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to make itSheraton Adana has a perfect location! It was close to all the main attractions and restaurants, and there was a convenient metro station nearby."We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room size, view, beds and breakfast

Staff

The hotel left a good impression. Clean, spacious room, high-quality cleaning every day, friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfast. Beautiful view from the window

The breakfast was very Good as there were many varities to meet the needs of people. I enjoyed vegetables. , fruits and hot food.

I did not like the furniture, drapes and bed of the room. I also did not like the bathroom and toilets walls and flora as they are cracked and dirty. The executive suite is very below the standard of Five star hotel. I have been extremely disappointed. The rail of terrace of the room was very dusty.

Amazing hotel!

The quality of the food and the service and the cats at breakfast. If you weren’t watching or they would start eating from your plate. Very unhygienic..

Great hotel with amazing amenities like the pool, gym and spa!

The quality of the food at breakfast is low, reheated pancakes and bread are not ideal. Less is more.

Room is greatFood is good

Windows are not clean at all, then the view isn’t goodRoom service is not agreable, sometimes you can’t pay with card, and they don’t come with change at all. Unacceptable

We stayed in suite and it was perfect for our family! All our needs were taken care off and we felt really looked after. Loved breakfast- everything was delicious and fresh. Club was great for dinner, really good selection. Rooms are specious and beds are comfortable. Staff were great, we were looked after very well.

Internet was slow and I thought a bit pricey for Adana.

Absolutely clean and very secure location. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke English very well. The Hospitality was the best I had received in a while.

The first time I noticed was how well the hotel manage and took security as a high priority for the guest staying at the hotel. This decreased my concerns regarding easy access to the hotel and it's guests.

Every time I visit Adana, (considering it’s my hometown) I stay at the Sheraton. They never disappoint. A special thank you to Ugur at reception for his professionalism and kindness. The housekeeping team were also fantastic as always.

Most of the staff is nice to animals around, cats are fed around the hotel

returning business customers asking for good internal prices were pushed to the brokers, where the prices rise daily
