Extremly bad

I already bought and reserved the room but Price was chnaged after I registered. Price is same as 5star hotel but everything was bad. Even they charged me breakfast which is wrong it was included.

Selected teh Hotel based on the Name of the property. it lived to the expectations.The rooms are small compared to other Hotels, However it is sufficient.

Non availability of Iron machine inside the room & No cream for the shoe polish at the machine at the reception

Only the Hot water in shower.

Very tight room, WiFi connection not good as well, AC doesn’t working properly even they changed my room, in general, everything was not good.

Great locality, clean and nice hotel, very friendly stuff, delicious breakfasts.

Weak wifi signal, but it worked. Sustainability - although my towels were not on the floor (signal that i need new ones), they were all changed daily along with the hotel slippers.

Ibis has 24-hour check-in but staff did not like us to arrive late.

It was a well stay for me. From the check in to out everything was well managed. The room was clean and with the amenities. Wifi works very well. AC is also because Adana is a very hot city :) it was quite during nights so you dont hear the road noise. The kitchen has various options for food. I loved the soup especially. The breakfast was also very rich and fresh.

Although location is at the very center, just be careful with people around use taxi all the time :)

The hotel is well located. Very good soundproofing perfect to rest. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned daily. Beds are so comfortable.

The AC was not so powerful, yet it makes some noise.

I want to thank the night shift front desk agent for understanding my situation and my wife with the airport and was very respectful and provided excellent service with quick interaction.

Hotel needs renovation. Room and bathroom are quite small.. It is expensive for what you get..

Good location, clean rooms. Standard ibis rooms for a good price for a few days of stay. They have undergroung parking which is safe and we were able to use it for a few hours after we checked out.

- central location- very comfy bed- Shower works with a comfortable temperatureHave you ever spent a whole day travelling to check into a hotel and then it turns out the bed is uncomfortable, the shower only works at boiling hot or freezing cold but you booked it because looked nice? This hotel is provides all the basic facilities like a shower and a bed which you need but it does them really well to provide a comfortable experience. I almost didn't want to check-out because i was having such a chill time relaxing.

22 February 2024 i was staying at this hotel everything was perfect but they have central Air conditioner that you can't change it it was very hot inside the room even i was not able to breath i couldn't increase or reduce the air conditioner i asked hotel stuff that i can't sleep its hot they told me to open windows after open to windows lot of noise couldn't slept 3 night was terrible

Very friendly and professional staff, and standard Ibis quality. Good location. Taxi stop right next to the hotel, and everthing I needed.

Their soaps and shampoos have oily texture and it is difficult to get it off of hair/body.

It is close to everything in the city just 5min walk and close to the airport. The room was very clean.

The rooms are very small.
