Altın Koza Hotel

The People were very friendly

The bed bugs in my bed. I was bitten all over my body

The staff were friendly, the hotel location was perfect and the breakfast was good

The rooms need maintenance and there is noise at night

Great staff who helped us check in, park our car in the tight off-street lot, and carry our bags up. Good breakfast, was busy, so get there early. Walkable to good restaurants and downtown areas.

No complaints

The hotel has a best value formoney in Adana. It is veryaffordable, located verycentrally and Close to markets, many restaurants, cafes and shops.the room was very spacious andhad nice amenities. the bedswere very comfortable . the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, varied and enough to start your day actively. we are very pleased and had a great time in Adana.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms

We were very pleased with our accommodation experience, the smiling face and professionalism of the staff, the care of the management were really admirable. The room comfort, bed quality and refreshments (tea, nescafe, water) were quite successful. The variety and richness of the breakfast was far above our expectations; there was a carefully prepared presentation that appealed to every taste. The central location of the hotel and the parking opportunity were also great advantages. Thank you for everything…

Everthing is perfect

This hotel has the best value for money in Adana. It is very affordable, it is located very centrally and is the best starting position to explore old town and new town by foot. furthermore it has quick access to the highway and you can walk 5 to 10 minutes to the bus stop of the airport shuttle (İstiklal station). the room was very spacious and had nice amenities. the beds were very comfortable and we slept very good. and last but not least all the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. we had a few requests and they took great care of us. we are very pleased and had a great time in Adana.

During rush hour you can hear some traffic, but at evening and at night time it is again calm and quiet so we slept very good.

Overall, the staff was very kind and helpful with all of our Inquiries. Especially Nur and Esra, they have extendedly assisted us in both setting up an account to order food , and finding an open pharmacy when it was urgent. truly a welcoming staff

Bathroom door didnt have a lock (probably broken) and shower head didnt extend (fixed in wall)

Location was very good. And staff was very nice, although they didn't speak English well, they tried their best to help us with everything.

Very old building. Rooms were OK. But bathroom was horrible. WC seat was shaky/broken. Drainage in the shower was blocked.

Hotel chraged me 2 more (200 and 300 TL ) from credit cards. I have to blocked my card

Bad

I stayed at the hotel and when I went to leave I paid for the stay the people at reception were inexperienced and did not seem to know what to do...so they had to charge two transactions, and they had not realised that the bill had already been paid for....so far weeks later they have still not refunded me

Location is OK. Hotel is clean. Staff are nice but most of them don't speak english.

Breakfast very basic. Room's decoration outdated. Shower working, but not at 100%

Staff were excellent - very helpful and very attentive.Great location. Spacious rooms.

Some facilities require a little maintenance or updating.

The location is very good and the price was cheap

Need some maintenance for bathroom

Extremely disappointing, the fastest check-out of my life.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport and the modest price for a four-star, during a business trip. I ended up checking out (fleeing) thirty minutes after my check-in. The staff, despite their friendly demeanor, spoke very little English. When I was shown to my room, I noticed that the furniture was rather old, with one table even bearing the unmistakable marks of cigarette burns. At that point I needed to urgently connect to the wi-fi to transfer some files and then prepare for an appointment with colleagues elsewhere in the city. However, there was no internet connection at the router closest to my room. The situation was the same when I was asked to switch rooms (with even more worn furniture) on another floor, but still no internet connection. I was then told to go downstairs to the reception, where I was greeted by the non-english-speaking staff who could offer little explanation on the situation or any prospective solutions. At that point I left the hotel for another hastily made booking. Definitely not a four-star accommodation.

The property was comfortable and clean.

Staff was very helpfull

Hotel is very old and needs renevations

Good hotel. The hotel manager and staff are very kind and helpful. I will book again soon
