- Perfect location. Stuff are very professional and friendly. My room was good and clean .comfortable bed .breakfast was really good too .I recommend
Cons -
- Bed in Room 810 needs to be replaced as one side was sloping due to its placement near the room couches. And shower floor was the same it felt like it was going to fall apart, it was sagging. And the drains were not draining enough in the shower.
- needs renovations
- No Restaurant and bar in the evening

One of the best hotels in Adana. The location is excellent in the city center, close to everything. The service is excellent and for me it is classified as a five-star category. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect cleanliness. The breakfast is more than wonderful and varied. The staff is professional, kind and cooperative. I recommend it
Very good breakfast with enough variety to choose from. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Receptionists are also helpful.

Very friendly staff I arrived at 3 am because Of flight delays staff available at that time to Welcome me and check me inReally good breakfast clean and friendly
No Restaurant and bar in the evening
Crowded area of locals. Had a great view of busy street. Watched traffic flows as the scooters and cars and buses sang to each other with their horns. Weaving in and out of imaginary street stripes. What great depth perception the drivers possess. Is there a poem about Turkish traffic? A song? Maybe a ballet? Breakfast was a generous buffet of Turkish delights. So very happy that Turks have lactose tolerance gene. Piles of different cheeses, fresh fruit and sweet pastries. Yum. And Cay? Can overdose on that stuff.
Good saty. clean rooms. the staff was helful. I recommend .
Location very goodBreakfas was good
Rooms had heavy smoke smells
The location was ideal.
Very out dated furnishings, bathroom was extremely mouldy.
The room was spacious, clean, comfy, and quiet. It is also in the center of the city, which is also an advantage. The food was good and varied. The communication at the reception was okay. Some of them didn't know English, but some did. They came to show me how everything works and help me with the luggage.
It’s super clean and rooms are comfortable. Staff was very friendly
Only the bath was a bit blocked but I was not really annoyed much with that
The location, the cleanliness, the breakfast! EVERYTHING was great. One of the best hotels in adana
Hotel was clean and staff very kind. Located downtown.
We had 5 motorbikes to park and we had to do it in a nearby (100 m) garage. Parking was free but not too convenient to carry the luggage back and forth.
Excellent location. Room a nice size and bed very comfortable.
There was no shower gel in the bathroom, so i asked the staff and they said I could use shampoo instead.
The location is good but a bit chaotic. Some very well-known restaurants and tourist attractions are 5–10 minutes away. Breakfast is quite good. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and smiling.
You can easily hear other people talking in other rooms. Rooms were clean, but the problem is that they were too old. The bathroom (especially the shower) had a few technical problems but they solved them quickly.
Great location?? Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast.
Speed of internet connection was very slowly.Almost nobody speaks English
Good facilities, very nice staff
Noisy location
My stay was very comfortable and clean, and thank you for upgrading my room with a balcony. The second thing was nice that breakfast was an excellent lot of choice in breakfast
Everything was perfect, just minor changes to be done by stuff they should speak English and atleast little smile on face
