front desk was so helpful specially  from night shift

I booked 3 rooms for myself and my family, i requested them to book my Eve night celebration with my family but the receptionist was not professional and didn't do the booking, the laundry service was very slow and not helpful...Never stay in this hotel again.

The staff!! EVERYONE OF THEM!! Polite, friendly, but always professional from security (both inside and out), the concierge quick to offer a helping hand, Desk clerks with their ability to quickly get us checked in and forward thinking by having a roll away bed in my room prior to us making upstairs to the room(Thank you house keeping, I know you placed it there).Speaking of housekeeping, mybrooms are always very clean, as if no one had been staying in that room before me. Floors, countertops, toilet, shower, desk, window sills all clean and dust free. Bartenders were friendly, quickand efficient, helpful with drinks, food, snacks, and a plethora of ways to make coffee, cools and wait staff kind, friendly and very will into engage in conversation to see if you needed anything, how your day way going or how you stay was going. This includes the head chefs. Grounds keepers and maintenance are always quick with a smile, nod or friendly wave, and aware of their noise, would pause work as you walked or drove near. In my multiple stays at this facility, it has been my experience that every employee is cognizant that they are in the hospitality business, and they are doing their best to show you just that.

The clothes line in the shower in rm 1123, the receiving end is installed upside down, rendering it useless. Not that I need it. I just noticed it and thought you would like to correct it.

The location is excellent. The front desk members, their welcome, their kindness and smiling faces, helpfulness was 10+/10. The room was spacious, quite and with a great view. The twin beds very large and comfortable. Room service was great. House cleaning lady was great also. All staff made our stay very enjoyable. The courtesy treats at the room and lobby bar were a pleasant touch. Thank you.

Good location with a beautiful view of the city. Clean. Comfortable bad and pillows. Nice breakfast.Great staff. I was sick and they prepared a chicken soup for me that was tasty and really helped me a lot! Thank you!

Great swimming pool and gym. Very close to the big mosque and old bridge. The room was very comfortable and with a view on the mosque and river. The hotel can help to schedule shuttles to the airport.

Overall the hotel was great, but:The welcoming/ check-in staff was quite incompetent and could not even do the basic task of generating an invoice for my stay. The cleaning personnel could do a better job at replacing things that they would take when cleaning the room (towels, mugs). We had to make several calls to the reception during our stay so that they would give us back towels, mugs that they had taken from the room. Breakfast is extremely pricey.

It is not suitable for accommodation, very noisy.

It was very noisy. There was a very loud musical event in the garden until midnight. It is not suitable for accommodation. I had to attend my meeting the next day without sleep.

Very good location, clean, very nice staff

Not that very lively

I usually like this hotel so much for the good location, cleanliness and nice breakfast. This time the breakfast was not so nice as before. The room was so warm and we couldn’t sleep. The next day the staff changed our room but still the AC does not work properly so we had to open the windows. I expect a 5 star hotel to have a proper AC.

The 5 star hotel charging for valet parking which is not nice absolutely, its not about how much but its reflect low level of hospitality in my opinion

Staff was fab, they were very supportive and friendly. They were trying to make guests happy in every condition. Location and view was also great, I recommend river side rooms. If you rent a car then you can reach everywhere with ease. Food was great.

Some of the bathroom tools were old like flush button was broken and not working properly. Daughters bed wasn't ready when we reached the room.

The hotel was very clean, our room was nice andbig and the bed was so comfortable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The service in the restaurant and at the riverside pool bar was second to none. Very prompt and always with a smile.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Large breakfast buffet, nice facilities (swimming pool, sport club), large room & bed with view on the city (15th floor).as we had an executive room, we had access to the executive lounge with afternoon snacks & dinner "snacks", closer to a real dinner! Also valet parking available. Comfort at level of real Hilton.well situated in center of Adana, next to the "old" bridge

reception personnel could have been a little more friendly!

The staff of the hotel was extremely attentive and kind. They noticed it was my birthday the night we checked in and did a room upgrade and sent a cake and fruits to my room, and also to my coworker’s. It was such a nice detail.We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant which was very good too. Clean and well located.
