Surmeli Adana Hotel

not clean, very bad AC almost not working, very old

It was easy, and close to the airport for me, staff was friendly as well, and it was well priced.

The room did smell a bit like smoke, so I guess in the past someone may have smoked in the room

Been center if the city ( but too loud)

Towels where not white but almost grayish- hotel needs renovation bad .room was clean but old.

Just location

Hotel was not clean at all, the room had a very bad smoke smell and they didn¿t change our room. Could not sleep from smell and the loud noises. Would not use the hotel ever again! Breakfast served was very plain and had old stuff.

Receptionist was cold and not welcoming . The bathtub had black mold on around the caulking at the bottom of tub shower head was calcified and the room safe did not work. They also tried to charge my guest even though I was allowed a guest

I booked the hotel for $--- but I was overcharged!! I was charged $--- !! Thank you.

The friendliness of the staff and the fact the receptionist spoke English.

the property does not deserve 5 star at all, carpets are dirty they smell so bad,the staff is rude ,i had such a bad experience that i had to leave two days earlier then the booking i paid for ,they said they hv spa but nothing is working there as well,I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER BEEN IN A BAD HOTEL AS MUCH AS THIS

Nothing, says it was a 5 star hotel however didn’t even deserve to be called a 1 star hotel. It stank, could her literally everything in the corridors. Terrible service.

I didn’t like anything about this property

Very outdated furniture old from sixties mold around sink and around bath safe didn’t work dark in corridors photos on booking.com must be taken when it opened this is hotel Calafornia managed to leave how this hotel got 5 stars God only knows .

Great location. Lovely staff. Very clean

The pool was closed. Was so disappointed as although it was end of October the temperature was over 30 degrees

Staff , location, clean

Old old air-conditioning really need new and chage position up not down as old style

Money value ?, near to downtown

Old furniture, but everything was cleanNo minibar in the rooms

personal was really kind

it’s a old fashioned room, the AC doesn’t work and the room was to warm to sleep. the refrigerator didn’t work either. the bathroom need a big repatriation.

+ comfortable bed + bottle of water in the room was added daily

Swimming pool was without water so we couldn't use it and it was the main reason why we chose this hotel. Coffee was an instant coffee, not a real one. Floor and bathroom wasn't clean properly.

Do not stay at this hotel!!!Stay at another hotel if you respect yourself and your money!!

This is not 5-star hotel. All is lie.The personal doesn't speak English at all. The communication with the reception staff is with google translator. The size of the room is small. The size of the bed is also small and is uncomfortable for 2 people.Everything in the hotel is dirty and shabby. The walls need painting. The bathrooms need a basic cleaning and renovation of the bathtubs. The hotel needs urgent repair and renovation

Good location and staff

Air-conditioning need to chage its location on the room or fix extra split units Shower area need to be updated

Local distance to markets.

Water was delayed, rooms were dingy and cold. Proper bedding was not provided. Could hear everything outside. Swimming facilities was not open. Female staff were friendly, male staff were dismissive.

Everything is good Staff and location

But also everything old style Air-conditioning very old style and it's really hotBecause its located in the side of the roomPosition towards up .no air you will get

Proximity to the airport and the city

Hole ways were dark and the elevators were too small
