Adana City Boutique Hotel

The staff were nice snd helpful.

I am a frequent yraveler, but their breakfast was my worst experience. Even though breakfast was included in the price, they demanded payment for basic food items that come with breakfast. I refused to pay and chose to skip breakfast. No wonder i, Nd my wife, were the only persons in the dining room.

That was not the first time of staying in this hotel and that is why I chose it again. Very nice, comfortable, clean and good location. Staff is great. Will stay there again when I'm in Adana next visit. Kids were happy too as they had a separate room and it was also good.

Breakfast was great - even made it available on my final day earlier than normal - thank you

No airport shuttle - yet publicised on hotel information on booking.com - very disappointing.

Very nice welcome by the staff. Good room with plenty of hot water. Delicious simple breakfast. Easy to get to the train station.

Friendly maner of staff, very good location.

The size of bath was really smaller than normal

Location (close to the airport)Friendly staff

The bathroom was a bit dirty as well as blanketsThe room is quite small for 2 people

The room was of good size.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. I had booked a room with balcony, but did not get that.

We liked Mr. Aref's reception. He is helpful and kind he helped us with a lot of things. The staff are nice and the hotel is very comfortable and the location is great.

location

thin walls noise from other people and room

Nice and clean room with excellent breakfast and friendly staff at the reception, excellent English. Very clean bathroom with good water pressure, well working air conditioner.

View from the room wasn't very good - to the noisy street. Room wasn't very spacious but still fine for a short stay.

lovely clean hotel , lovely breakfaststaff were great and very helpful

As an Erasmus student from Spain, who never went before to Adana, I looked for a hotel where I could stay the first week while looking for an apartment. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I felt really comfortable, and the hospitality from all the staff was amazing. They all helped me with everything and made me feel like home. Special mention to Arif, Ali and Meteh. The location is perfect. Nice breakfast. Clean hotel.

the staff. they were super nice and friendly

the towels were old and the breakfast had some mildew cheese ( not the good mildew)

The staff goes over and beyond to be helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean with renovated bathrooms. The location is perfect

People from staff were nice

Not very clean, mold in the shower. No night light.

I returned to this hotel for the eighth time. The services are excellent, the staff is professional and helpful and the structure is welcoming. Near the hotel there are all the necessary services for the permanence and mobility. I felt at home.

Nice place to stay. Goog bedding, nice breakfast, friendly staff is always at your service. Location is perfect.

it’s a very nice hotel in a nice neighborhood. the staff was very friendly and helpful, always offering tea or coffee. breakfast is delicious and there are different sweet and savoury options to choose from. wifi was working well for us.

the bathroom could use an update as well as the bed sheets - we had them changed when we arrived but the new ones also had some smaller holes in them.

the hotel was perfect location the staff were excellent if we wanted to know anything they were there for us and there taxi service was so good they have just made a great memorable 5 days for us

Very clean budget hotel with excellent staff who couldn't do enough to be helpful, the manager went above and beyond to make sure your stay was all it could be, and the location is just around the corner from the night life but not to near to distribe you very pleasent stay
