DoubleTree by Hilton Adana

Restaurant breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel was cold in the morning and poorly lit at times.

Very clean, modern and made beautifully. Staff is very attentive. Special thanks to Leyla who did a great job with housekeeping. The location of the property is the best location in Adana. Will always use this hotel in the future. Thanks to all the staff from reception to vale service. Felt very safe and at home.

Nothing. I loved it.

Design of the hotel, great location

During my stay for the whole duration there was issue with warm water that was confirmed as fixed, however got worse

Very good

Once again, despite asking for a smoking room on booking I was not allocated one. This happens every time I stay and is frustrating.

Super clean, friendly people (except the restaurant staff).

Some staff at the restaurant were totally unfriendly, we did not feel welcomed and wanted to keep the mealtime as short as possible. The location is in the city center where there is lots of traffic jam.

On my first stay my room was small and noisy. On my second stay I had a much nicer and quiet room.

When I ask for a quiet room I don´t want a connecting door.

I am very satisfied with the experience in your hotel. Ceyhun and Ela were great problem solvers. We had a small problem in our room they immediately changed the same day.

Good enough. Nothing wrong.

Expensive at Tirkiye. No hair dryer in the room. May be available if ask.

Great and comfortable stay as usual The staff is very friendly and the hotel is quite central - not too far from some amazing food choices

Big room, very clean and comfortable

Good location, safe building, nice stuff

The location is great.

The AC did not work last night and this morning, and we could not sleep. The staff did not even bother inform us of the situation, or even offer an apology. This is bad business.

Extremely nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Really appreciated the welcome cookies :)Big, nice and well equipped room and bathroom.A special thanks to Lale, the nice and professional housekeeper of my floor who was kind and helpful!Super breakfast with plenty of high quality choices both salty and sweet.

Great location and very friendly staff - the room I booked was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was very attentive.
