Pros +
- Perfect location.
- Great location
- They have central aircon system which we couldn't control hence room was boiling. Couldn't sleep till morning. They need aircon in every single room. Staff is amazing. Location is really good too. They have best breakfast choices I have ever seen.
Cons -
- We had to ask for pillows at the front desk. My son couldn't use the pool because they told me it wasn't for women, so I couldn't get in. To use the sauna, they told him he had to be accompanied by his father. I understand it's their culture, but they should specify this in Booking. They don't have many options for breakfast, and they're so crowded that they run out of food.
- The amenities didn’t reflect what I expected. Not sure if it was related to the season but I ended up using other facilities for touristic activities. Check what you’d like before booking this hotel. The rooftop could have been better. No sitting area. We couldn’t enjoy the rooftop that I was excited. Instead we explored other options in the area.
- Hotel is old and needs renovation. Breakfast simple, more hot food is not a luxury.
