Reception office were friendly and efficient

Bathrooms are a bit too small

The breakfast and dinners were good. Although we have couple awkward moments when items were provided for us which we were unsure of whether they were gratis or if we needed to pay, the servers were very friendly and helpful and we appreciated their service very much.

We needed a room with twin beds, and were moved from the 3rd floor, which had the view to the first floor with did not. The first floor was not very clean (for example the hall carpet was note vacuumed until the last day of our stay).

Excellent location and easy to use taxi.

If you keep the city map, it will make visitor happy.

The receptionist gave me a wrong room number. To much time I spent during Check in.

Excellent location. Its walking distance from the Archaeological museum. There is also a bus that leaves every hour from the museum bus stop that goes to gobekli tepe.There is a shopping center right next to the hotel with a super market and food options. We used the hotel restaurant during our stay and although it has limited options, the food was good and value for money.

Location is great and you can walk to museums and Balikligol. Breakfast is excellent and staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet and the beds are very comfortable.

The cleaning of the room was very bad and we had to ask for cleaning.

Staff could have been more smiling especially at reception as well as more prompt . Despite having booking it took them a decent while and then they assigned us rooms in two farthest corners

Stayed for 2 nights and the Aircon in my room was blowing warm air, leaving my room minimum 25deg Celsius overnight and even at maximum, the fan speed was not noticeable unless you help you hand directly in front of the vent. I spoke to reception on each night to see if I could get a portable fan or have a workman come and have a look and was very abruptly told "no". Can I change room? "No". So what is the solution? "You can open the window", which is restricted to opening about 5 inches and opens onto a busy main road that has loud traffic noise up until 2-3am. Staff were generally unhelpful and rude. Definitely not what you'd expect from a Hilton.

Aircon not working , centralised heating on when outside was 25-30 degrees ?Staff was helpful and they get it fixed next day .

Breakfast was wonderful, housekeeping was wonderful, Also location was great to see all the tourist sites and travelling from the airport on a rent a car.

I wish more staff spoke English. I tried the Hamam facility and was not impressed. Staff at the Spa barely spoke English. The hammam experience was not authentic at all (lukewarm water, plastic luffa).

A standard Hilton hotel with everything that would be expected from that brand. Exceptional quality and variety buffet breakfast with freshly prepared egg dishes. The location is out of the town centre, and quiet, but the town and mosaic museums are very close. Easy to reach the town centre, and the other main tourist sites, by frequent trolleybus service.

The food in the hotel restaurant in the evening was fine, but rather uninspiring. More "local" restaurants can be found only five minutes walk away.

This place feels like a home away from home. 6 of us were based here for a week as we explored the nearby archeological sites. We got to know the staff and had quite a few meals here, and were very comfortable. Delightful breakfast, lots of options. Particularly loved the made to order omelettes as well as the local options that changed each day. Lovely pool/sauna area as well, and one member of our group made use of the massages and said they were fantastic!

As we're early morning gym users, we would have liked the gym to be open earlier than 10:00am.

When I cone to this hotel, after so many times I stayed here, noticing staff recognising me, makes me welcome, looks after me, feels so special! People in Urfa are so welcoming, and this hotel staff represent this at every corner of the hotel! Hotel is spotlessly clean! Rooms are cleaned every day, by friendly and almost unnoticeable staff. Food represents the area, and that is something I love about this place.

Some restoration work has been done in the rooms, and it worked really well! This was something I didn’t like before but it has improved considerably!
