Huge, comfortable rooms.Excellent indoor pool and spa.Excellent breakfast on the terrace with a great view of the city.

Both of our rooms had problems with the key cards for the doors. I had to go to the reception several times to have them programmed.It is very confusing to access the hotel by car. Google maps navigation will take you to the parking lot of the neighboring shopping mall. After a detailed analysis, I concluded that the hotel can only be accessed from the roundabout, but by crossing over the solid white line. And that's how everyone does it. Otherwise, only public transport vehicles can legally access the hotel from the traffic lane reserved exclusively for them.

The location is convenient for exploring the local area.The hotel was easy to find with good front door staff.The rooftop restaurant was very nice but could use with more air conditioning.The rooms were HUGE! SUPER big almost unnecessarily so...making it difficult to keep the room cool.

More personable staff (also english help would a bonus) The hotel outdoor pool was closed and the indoor one seemed like a public family swim area which was not appealing.The hotel hallways were unlit and unairconditioned including the elevators etc. Making walking in the dark concerning and uncomfortable. Put all of the guests onto one or 2 floors but make it comfortable for guests if looking to conserve money. The room was dated with not enough pillows and bedding. Touches like a bathrobe etc were missing.

The only note i have , is the shower wall had hair on it ? The guest before me obviously shaved , and. It wasnt removed

The location was absolutely ideal—just a few steps from the final stop of the airport shuttle bus, which made arrival super easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed, including good bathroom amenities. The staff were very kind and helpful, and their English was good enough to communicate everything important without any problems.The breakfast was amazing—so many different options that I ended up eating way too much! The hotel restaurant also serves great local dishes for lunch and dinner. I especially loved a local drink called “Açik ayran”—so refreshing and delicious.The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming—it really felt like home. There were shops and supermarkets just around the corner, which made it easy to grab drinks or snacks. For sightseeing, the location was super convenient too: there’s a stop for the local trolleybus line 63 nearby, so it was easy to get around the city.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the hotel felt a little dimly lit overall—but honestly, that’s a very minor issue compared to everything else.

The buffet breakfast was awesome. The restaurant's dinner was excellent and there was a Friday music show. The facilities, including the pool, sauna, and hammam were excellent.

2nd-hand Cigarette smoke entered the room through the A/C vent. Not sure where the smoke came from, but it would be great if the source could be found and eliminated.

Everything was perfect, clean room, plenty of space. Good location. Very quiet. We are happy and had a good rest.

We booked the room on the night of the stay and it was an amazing bargain for the quality provided. Lots of space, big bed and high quality bathroom made it a great choice. The best of all was the breakfast - a real feast on the top floor offering amazing views of Urfa and and beyond into Syria! We didn't have the time to visit the pool and spa but the room service was great and value for money - dinner for € 10!

A bit overwhelming smell of moth repellent at first, but with opening windows we were able to air the room quickly. Also the seal strip on shower door was not working so first attempt of a shower resulted in bathroom flood. The well appointed bathroom has a bathtub as well so it was no longer a problem

We stayed 3 days and Noone cleaned the room. I garbage and trow it out.Also noone from stuff enter for 3 days to refresh the room.Because we traveled around the area very intensive, also most we just come back to sleep. But it didint make me good feeling, 5 star hotel to.not refresh the room.I asked 3 times on Reception desk for one more blanket for my child, everythime the answer was :- Yes, we will bring!We didint receive the blanket.

Not much. It was rated 5 star but did not live up to this. It was more like a 2 star, maybe borderline 3

Despite the fact that they knew I requested an additional bed I had to wait almost an hour for it. No one at reception could fully understand English. I requested breakfast for the road as we were leaving too early and they agreed to it. When I came in the morning to collect it, the rather uninformed gentleman at reception neither knew about it nor did he really want to assist in this regard. Only telling me they don’t do that despite the fact that they agreed to it the night before.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite tasty. The pool and spa facilities were relaxing and well-maintained. Although I experienced a few minor issues, my stay was generally pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

very nice hotel, the service was a little rough, particularly in the dining room, the food was good, but the staff was disorganized, too many levels of management and supervisors directing the waiters, which made it harder to do their jobs.

The hotel needed someone on each shift to speak English better, a little hard for Western travelers, however, I am not sure any hotel in town would have been better. If Sherriban was on duty, you could manage, but otherwise getting information, directions, etc. was difficult. Had to use translate on the phone, but it had it's limitations for more than basic requests.

Good rooms and spacey restaurant.Restaurant is on top floor and you get a splendid view of the city.

Restaurant is ran somewhat chaotic as a result of which waiters forget to serve your meal warm. If you flag it upfront then the food is fine.Reception people do not speak English with a single exception and communicating with translation app sometimes lead to misunderstandings.

Nice clean hotel with very informative and helpful staff. The food is also very delicious.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, breakfast on the terrace with beautiful view of the city. Location is very central, the bus from the airport stops next to the hotel. Clean room and very spacious.

The room rate that the booking.com system gave me is not accepted by the receptionist when I check in Hotel. Later explain details they check again and they accept my booking.. Maybe the Booking team warn Hotel staff about this issue. If I make my booking from the Booking.com system then Hotel should accept the price given by the Booking.com system.

The rooms were nice

The reception staff could not speak any English. Only the bell boy could speak English, who actually was able to help us in some matters.The laundry return was late sometimes.One of our rooms had no water as soon as we check-in.We had been approved for an early check-in but didn’t get it on time.The hall lighting was very poor and uncomfortable.The staff at the reception was not very qualified. We got charged for a couple of things from the minibar that we never used, but they said they checked, and some items were missing.We asked for a few toiletries but never received them.The safe wasn’t working in both our rooms.I usually stay at the Hilton, but someone suggested Nevali, but I think I will be going back.This is just my own experience; there might be people who had a better experience.

We did enjoy the breakfast in the hotel; the burek was tasty and delicious. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, just across the main Havaş airport bus stop.

There are a few things we didn't appreciate at all:1. Nobody speaks English - In the hotel's description on Booking, the hotel stated that their staff speaks English. I tried to communicate with the employees on numerous occasions, yet I have been completely ignored as if I do not even stand there asking them a question.2. The staff's rudeness - I called the reception a few times for some urgently needed information (to allow me an external call, connect me with the other room, etc.). They never provided me with the information asked; they hung up my call every time. Also, as per my understanding, the reception provides the currency exchange service; that service has been denied to us.3. Spying on their guests, harassing the guests over the phone - Knowing that we had two separate rooms, we were harassed over the phone for "being spotted in the corridor" when walking from one room to the other. How are we supposed to go from one room to the other if we do not walk in the corridor? What nonsense is that? (And no, this was not one of the COVID-19 restrictions, there was no movement restriction notice of such anywhere, and we always wore our face masks.) Are we not allowed to walk from one room to the other to pick up our personal belongings? On that note as well, how are we supposed to get to our rooms from the elevator if we do not walk in the corridor? How does all of that make sense? We do not fly! When confronted and asked for the manager, the staff informed us that the manager is not present in the hotel and there is nothing they can do about our issue; no other information was given, no apology extended, no explanation whatsoever.4. The ac was inoperative - One of the rooms was on the sunny side of the hotel, getting extremely hot. All the windows were sealed shut; the ac wasn't working either. When asked why, the staff told us that the ac is controlled from the reception and kept off in the entire hotel during winter.
