Clean rooms.

Terrible wifi. Disconnected continuously. Slow.

Amazing room, kind staff, close to the airport

Laundry is listed as a facility but there is no laundry

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that are very reasonable compared to the quality of services provided. From the moment of arrival, the staff impress with their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at ease. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything expected from a three-star hotel and more. Their design and upkeep ensure a pleasant stay, reflecting attention to detail and care for guest satisfaction. One of the highlights of the experience is the breakfast buffet, which is both delightful and varied. With a wide selection of options, it provides a perfect start to the day and adds to the overall charm of the hotel.

Great location. Perfect for just a night to the airport. Overall room is clean.Parking is available in front of hotel a few spots. Staff cannot speak English but they can use Google translate.Breakfast is average for this price.

The staff very friendly

The room very small and noisy from the street

Room is good for family with child

It’s ok high way, noisy even with closed windows and ventilation in bathroom didn’t work

Lovely and comfortable and superb hospitality. The bro Ibrahim really treated us kindly. Breakfast was great too! Good value all round. Perfect location esp if you're train travellers like us.

Look the wifi system is a bit annoying and the AC doesn't work very well but there's a big window so it's fine.

Perfect location, nice breakfast and rooms are well prepared

The wifi struggled

Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Located near the airport and clean room, stayed here twice within a week.

Location, very close to the airport

We got a room upgrade through booking.com but on arrival we were not given the upgraded room. The air conditioning did not work. The door was falling apart (the full door frame was loose around the door) so if we had the window open at night (because the air-conditioning didn't work) the door rattled and squeaked. Strong cigarette odour throughout the room.

The view from the window was marvelous. Friendly staff

The facilities were quite old, and the bedsheets and mattresses were dirty. There were mouldy fruits on the table. Internet was almost not working.

Late arrival 2am and excellent check in and aervice from receptionist very efficient and even offered a delicious Turkish coffee, the hotel is ideal for one night close to airport and breakfast basic but enough to keep going your trip.

Tobacco smell in the room.

Great stuff friendly helpful; location; nearby to the town center and the airport; shuttle to Erciyes; comfortable bed; good selection of breakfast; fruit service to room; chess at the lobby;

Would benefit from upgrading but ok as is it is and good value for the money

Good priced budget hotel, good for a stop over.

The kettle was faulty

Really good hotel. Nice room, very good breakfast. 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. It's a good quality hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

WiFi didn't work for the first 24 hours but was fine after that.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice of different foods. Lovely bread. The buffet was regularly replenished

I have a very keen sense of smell and I could smell cigarette smoke in my roon. It was pretty bad, but I should have realised as there was an ashtray in the room. I was on the 3rd floor, but the sound proofing wasn't good enough, so I could hear the traffic throughout the night, if you stay ask for a room at the back
