I loved the property because in was very close to the airport, and main attractions. The breakfast was amazing.

No issues.

Great stay in Kayseri Radisson blue, with excellent amenities ( spa, pool, sauna) and so diversified options for breakfast. Large and clean rooms. A bit challenging finding a parking spot near the hotel. Ski shuttle to/from Ercyes area was a nice bonus!

One of Massage staff was not honest as she was lying on my wife and when my wife discovered her she started to pretend that she was not doing anything wrong. By the way we are hotelier in London and own 2 hotel and we know how the staff affecting on the business.

I used to stay in this hotel every time i visit Kayseri and my experience was beyond the expectation. But unfortunately this time i was really really disappointed and shocked. First of all, they did not give us rooms as we booked. They offer us two rooms with two twin beds ! Which i already mentioned before two weeks that i want one twin beds room and one king bed room. Second thing, i asked for higher level rooms as i want nice mountain view, but their excuse was that the hotel is fully accupied!

It was too crowded and apparently giving priority to the turkish citizins! They did not give much attention to foreign tourists!. Mini bar was totally empty! Rooms were too cold! Heaters were not working properly with noisy sound in my parents room. They pretend that they fix but no they didnot

This is the best hotel in Kayseri.Location, Facilities, Room, Free Shuttle Transfer to Erciyes, Staff Service, however lots of improvements could be made to make it better

-Very slow WiFi so buy an eSIM when visiting turkey-Overpriced restaurant with mediocre menu in the hotel-You have to buy a swimming hat from the hotel or have a swimming hat to swim in the pool-No drinks in the minibar in the room -Half the staff at the hotel have poor english

Comfortable, clean , friendly and efficient staff.

- Free shuttle to Radisson Mt Erciyes.- Facilities are good.- Very good location, attached to a mall.- Breakfast is good.- Wifi is fast.

- I booked rooms for Mt Erciyes (as I saw the photos of Family Room in the booking.com), but my rooms only gave me the small part of Erciyes. The reception said there is no room that has a clear view (nor direct view) to Mt Erciyes.- Slow action from reception (while check in, while booking the airport transfer).- Punctuality.

Once-daily free shuttle to/from the more expensive Radisson Blu Erciyes so you can go skiing. The sauna and pool were nice. Room service was good and was not overpriced. Helpful staff. Next door to a shopping mall with a big food court. The Erciyes view was worth paying slightly more for.

Shuttles back from Erciyes to Kayseri are only at 5pm, nothing earlier. Pool was a little cold.

Wonderful property convenient to airport, shopping and sights. It had everything we needed and more. All amenities you could want or need were provide. Large comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Great views as well. We enjoyed a nice tour of the spa facilities although we didn’t use them, they seemed lovely.

Excellent location with valet parking, very, very comfortable room and extremely comfortable bed, good pillows, top-notch, professional staff, and everything you would expect from a five star hotel in town. Restaurant was very good, breakfast was tasty. The room was very quiet, and we were upgraded to the top floor, which had amazing views. It was a lovely stay.

I can’t think of anything, it absolutely delivered, as Radisson Blu always does.

I liked the design

Room cleaning. The woman from cleaning neither changed the towels. Also 5 days during my trip didn’t fill the body wash bottle. Also no toothpaste, only a small one which I requested in the first day and never changed before. Don’t value the money. Don’t recommend, others 5 stars hotels have better services.

Airconditioning was insufficient to cool room during the day timeWiFi connection was really bad - close to impossible to conduct online meetings

I liked the spa the most . The two ladies who work there are professionals. My wife and I loved the turkish hamam with massage afterward .

The swimming pool was really small .

All the staff were very helpful and they show lots of interest to make your trip as good as possible. The Customer Relations Manager and even Hotel Manager always tried to do their best and you feel as if you are at your home
