Location is very good close to everything ..

Bathrooms needs little work on shower stands its half open which u have to be really carefull when taking a shower so water dont splash to the floor . No air suction fans in bathrooms .

Location is perfect.

After the transfer from Hilton to Wyndam brand we thought that the infrastructure had been changed but everything is so old. They called us a day after we left and shared that we need to check out :) We had some unnecessary chairs in our room and requested to take them out and get a reply that they cannot move any item from the room.

The bed and room is comfortable. The hotel is new and beautiful. It was my birthday and they gave me a lovely cake. Very nice of them. The bfast service was also very good. Fresh food and very good coffee. We love it . The seafood restaurant serves marvelous seafood. Highly recommended.

The hotel features a charming, vintage design reminiscent of historic landmarks like the Pera Palace in Istanbul. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean.

Great location, close to everything you want and need. Our twin room was quiet and comfortable for a short stay. Everyone was helpful and attentive.

Breakfast needs some more unique items such as honey on a comb. I recommend croissant with scrambled eggs inside it.

It’s a high end luxury hotel as you would expect from it. Perfect staff, quiet room. My only advice would be if you order room service you must try the club sandwich, it’s legendary. Also the Fettuccine pasta was amazing.

We had an excellent stay! The room was big, very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The hotel staff was very friendly and also the location is excellent, right in the city centre. We can definitely recommend it!!

We treated ourselves to a night of luxury in an international standard hotel, and we did not regret it. It helped that there was an offer for larger rooms. Large luxury furnishings and big bed, supremely central location - we were able to squeeze in a visit to the Museum of Seljuk Civilizations below before checking out. Likely the only late night bars and coffee shops in Kayseri cluster around this hotel.

Might have been a touch more impersonal. Not all the shops and restaurants below seemed open when we were around.

Location was convenient. Entire hotel was quiet and very clean.

I rented two rooms for the night. Neither room had a working A/C. After the first technician came in and couldn't do anything (completely unqualified to diagnose and/or fix HVAC), the second technician said it couldn't be fixed at that time. I was never offered different rooms and it was late and we were exhausted from our travels so we just sucked it up and went to sleep. The front desk staff member seemed completely disengaged from helping or caring about our issues.

No bath towels were present, empty bottles of conditioners, air conditioning was blowing hot air. We had to open the windows to sleep and it was very noisy outside.

Great view, nice comfort, good starting point for discovering the city and only 20-30mins drive from the ski skopes.

For such a property you should have English speaking staff so was difficult to communicate; property not maintained properly

Nice room (other than if you need bright lighting), absolutely superb location, helpful staff, parking was fine despite being in city centre.Checkin and out was good.

Only a few minor niggles. One of them argaubly our fault for not taking action (room was too hot).Restaurant offering was very limited, and devoid of alcohol, apparently "due to Ramadan". However, as a comparator, the Radisson Blu was offering a very good and fairly priced menu, incl alcohol, in their top floor restaurant, with comparable views / better views of Mt Erciyes, so this is the hotels choice. not a govt edict or social norm. Maybe Wyndhams are just being more accommodating of local customers' preferences.The "pub" onsite wasn't tempting.

The temperature in the room was too high although we opened the windows.

Really downtown, excellent pool and spa facilities.

Hotel a bit outdated, hard to find someone speking English.

The hotel is in the very center of Kayseri, surrounded by many attractions and cafes.Excellent service, the staff works at the highest level, everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfasts seemed a bit too expensive. At the same time, I can't say they are worth the price.I would like the hotel to consider expanding the breakfast selection. After all, for such a price, more variety is expected.
