The location and cleanness

The pillows were not comfortable and the refrigeratoru was not working and there was no tissue paper in the room

They provided breakfast boxes for early checkout. There are lots of parking spaces available. It’s very close to the airport.

Terrible hotel

Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes Very small and cramped. Was expecting better quality for an international chain

It was good, not so close to the airport.

They charged me again even though I had already paid in advance. I had to prove it right away and request a reimbursement, but they didn’t have the cash, so I had to wait until they gathered it.

Only the location and free parking

Room smells even after airing it out. The bathroom and water pressure is not good.

City centre close to Airport and Erciyes mountain skiing centre

Standard hotel room, minimalistic but functional. Clean and well designed. We had a room with an amazing mountain view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Every morning fresh drinking water was provided to our room, it was particularly tasty.

Α bit far away from the city centre and there is no good transportation to move around.

We chose this hotel for one night stay after arriving with the bus from Goreme, before our flight to Istanbul. The location was good.

The first room we received was with the cigarette smell, but after going back to the receptionist he changed it for us. The hotel is non-smoking, of course, but some guests are disrespectful.

Location on my route and the buffet was good

Only there for 1 night. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Bed/comfort were disappointing; linens were only adequate and only 2 pillows were provided

we love the garden in the back. and theres a bar service until 2 am. which is hard to find in Kayseri

The price match the Hotel, good staff very helpful. Clean rooms, they arrange extra bed for my daughter. For one night it is more than okay.

It needs renovation, the price for breakfast is high for the turkey.

We stayed here just for few hours because we had an early flight to take next morning.Room is essential and not that big, but you can find all the necessary and has all the equipments needed.We needed a taxi to go to the airport and just outside there was a kind of txi stop.Perfect position if you need to go to the airport.

Staff is nice but not everyone speaks English very well so we couldn't understand each other perfectly.

Good hotel that gets you what you paid for. Room service food was pretty good and had a pretty big selection. AC was working decently. Friendly staff and very good cleaners who could change towels and sheet's everyday. Would definitely come back.

If you don't like the smell of smoke it might be a bit overwhelming. Mini fridge could be a little colder. Sink got clogged when washing hands.

Good location for airport and city centre using a taxi service situated right outside the front of hotel.

The bathroom was not that clean and the sink was partially blocked. The air conditioning did not work properly in the room. The bar staff were quite rude and the wine I was served had to be sent back as it was clearly an old pre opened bottle and stale. No ice was given in a gin and tonic. The whole hotel stank of some nasty air freshener being pumped out of a machine in the main reception, I’m not sure why but presume to cover up some other nasty smell. Only one sachet of coffee in the room, two would have been better in my opinion.
